## Description

Place a pair of PERMO wall sconces beside a bed for focused, softly diffused lighting without using bedside table space. Each fixture combines an antique brass finish with a curved metal arm and a fabric shade. The two-piece set also suits living rooms, dining rooms and dressing rooms. Its hardwired, wall-mounted design creates a fixed lighting arrangement around a bed, mirror or seating area.

## Key specifications
- Type: Indoor wall sconces, 2-pack
- Model: PMCA872-2
- Colour and materials: Antique brass, metal and fabric
- Style: Industrial, with a curved arm and fabric shade
- Mounting: Hardwired wall mount
- Bulb base: E26, maximum 40 watts per fixture
- Dimensions: 6.61 inches wide x 12.6 inches high

The fabric shades soften and diffuse the light, while the curved arms and round backplates give each fixture a defined profile on the wall. Place the sconces as a matched pair to frame a bed or mirror, or use them to add a layer of light beside a reading nook. Compared with plug-in lamps, hardwired sconces offer a fixed position and leave nearby surfaces available for other essentials.

## Practical tips
Plan the placement before installation, especially when positioning the pair beside a bed or on either side of a mirror. The fixtures connect to the home’s electrical system, so follow the supplied installation instructions and mounting hardware for setup. Choose an E26 bulb rated at no more than 40 watts. Dimming is supported when the fixture is used with both a dimmable bulb and a dimmer, this can help tailor the lighting to the room and time of day.

The shade’s fabric helps create a gentler lighting effect than an exposed bulb, making the sconces useful as part of a layered room setup. For a balanced look, align the pair at matching heights and consider how their light will fall across the bed, vanity or nearby wall. They are intended for indoor use, with room applications including bedrooms, dining rooms, dressing rooms and living rooms.

## What’s included
The set includes two mounting plates, two fabric lampshades, installation instructions and the necessary mounting hardware. Bulbs and a dimmer are not included, so select an E26 bulb separately and add a compatible dimmer if you want dimming control.

## What to clarify
**Which bulbs fit these sconces?** Each fixture has an E26 socket and supports a bulb with a maximum wattage of 40 watts. Select an E26 bulb that meets that limit.

**Can the lighting be dimmed?** Yes. Use a dimmable bulb with a dimmer to adjust the light level, both are purchased separately.

**Do the sconces plug into a wall outlet?** No. They are hardwired fixtures that connect to the home’s electrical system, rather than plug-in or battery-operated lights.

## When it makes sense
Choose this pair when you want coordinated wall lighting with fabric shades and an antique brass finish, particularly beside a bed or mirror where keeping surfaces clear is useful. The curved arms add visual shape, while the diffusing shades bring a softer layer of light to indoor spaces. With two fixtures and mounting hardware in the set, the PERMO PMCA872-2 is suited to creating a consistent look across a room.
