## Description

Some packing jobs call for a few quick strips, regular shipping and box sealing benefit from having several rolls ready to go. PERFECTAPE PTCL is a clear, heavy-duty packing tape supplied in a six-roll pack, with 60 yards per roll for packaging and shipping tasks.

At 1.88 inches wide and 2.7 mil thick, it brings a substantial tape format to cardboard boxes. The clear film keeps the contents of a label or printed box visible, while the water-based acrylic adhesive is designed for packaging use.

## Key points

Each roll measures 1.88 inches wide by 60 yards long, giving you six rolls and 360 yards in total. The clear, biaxially oriented polypropylene film pairs with a single-sided acrylic adhesive. Its 2.7 mil thickness and heavy-duty design make it a practical choice for sealing parcels and preparing boxes for shipping.

The transparent finish keeps tape visually unobtrusive over cardboard and labels. For a home office, small shipping area or a move with multiple boxes to seal, the six-pack keeps replacement rolls on hand. Compared with buying one roll at a time, this format makes sense when packing is a recurring task and a ready supply matters.

## Usage tips

Use the tape on cardboard, its recommended surface, and apply it along the box seams that need sealing. The rolls fit a standard 2-inch tape gun, so they can be used with that dispenser for a more convenient way to guide and cut tape. To make the loose end easier to find next time, fold over the very end of the tape to create a small tab.

## Everyday use

For parcel preparation, the clear tape can secure a closed box without covering the writing or labels beneath it. The 60-yard roll length is useful when several packages need attention in one session, while the six-roll pack gives you spares for later shipping, storage or moving tasks. Its water-resistant feature adds a practical measure for packaging that may encounter moisture during handling.

What helps make this a straightforward packing choice? The familiar roll format, standard 1.88-inch width and compatibility with a standard 2-inch tape gun make it easy to work into a typical box-sealing setup. The tape is also self-adhering, so it can be applied directly from the roll to the cardboard surface.

## What to clarify

**How much tape is in the pack?** It includes six rolls, each 60 yards long, for a stated total of 360 yards. That gives you multiple rolls for ongoing packaging and shipping.

**Will the rolls work with a tape gun?** They are described as fitting a standard 2-inch tape gun, making that dispenser an option for applying and cutting the tape.

**What adhesive does it use?** The tape uses a water-based acrylic adhesive on one side. Its clear film and adhesive are intended for packaging use, particularly on cardboard.

## When it makes sense

Choose PERFECTAPE PTCL when you regularly seal cardboard parcels and want clear, heavy-duty tape in a multi-roll format. The 2.7 mil thickness, water-based acrylic adhesive and six 60-yard rolls suit shipping stations, household packing and moving preparation where a dependable supply of transparent tape is useful.
