## Description

## Everyday use

The 8 mm TPE construction adds cushioning under your body during yoga, Pilates and stretching, helping support your joints and spine as you move through floor-based exercises. At 72 x 24 in, the mat gives you room to practise without feeling confined, whether you are following a routine at home or setting up for a session at the gym.

Its pink colour and lightweight design make it easy to bring along when your practice moves between spaces. The dual-sided non-slip design is intended to provide traction and keep the mat in place as you change positions.

## Technical overview

- Material: Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE)
- Dimensions: 72 x 24 in
- Thickness: 8 mm
- Colour: Pink
- Weight: 998 g
- Care: Hand wash only
- What’s included: Yoga mat and storage strap

## Why it’s worth it

This mat brings together a roomy surface and a cushioned feel in a format made for both home workouts and trips to the gym or yoga studio. If your routine involves longer stretches on the floor, the 8 mm thickness provides a layer of support, if you move between exercises or locations, the lightweight build and included storage strap make it easier to carry. It’s a practical contrast to choosing a mat mainly for a compact profile: here, the focus is on having space and cushioning for varied floor work.

Buyer feedback often highlights the mat’s cushioning, thickness and pink colour. Opinions are more mixed on grip, durability, value and the carrying strap, so those experiences vary. For a home routine that includes Pilates and stretching as well as yoga, the combination of surface area and cushioning gives you one mat for several kinds of practice.

## Practical questions

**How large is the mat?** It measures 72 x 24 in, giving you a broad surface for yoga, Pilates and stretching. Its thickness is 8 mm.

**What is the mat made from, and how should it be cleaned?** It is made from thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and should be hand washed.

**Does it come with a storage strap?** Yes. The package includes one yoga mat and one storage strap, so you can secure the mat for carrying between home, the gym and a yoga studio.

## Final verdict

The OVERMONT Yogamat Pink suits routines that call for a cushioned, spacious surface across yoga, Pilates and stretching. Its 72 x 24 in format, 8 mm thickness and portable design make it a useful fit for practising at home or taking your mat to a workout elsewhere.
