## Description

For a quick strength session at home, use the foot pedals and handles to work your arms, legs and core with one compact resistance trainer. Three detachable tubes let you adjust the tension to suit different movements. Cushioned pedals add comfort as you train, while the carry bag makes storage and travel more convenient.

## Practical tips
Set up the pedals and handles for the movement you want to do, then choose how many resistance tubes to use. The tubes can be used individually or stacked, so you can vary the tension between lighter stretching and more demanding strength exercises. Keep each movement controlled and follow the included instruction manual for setup and exercise guidance.

The handle-and-pedal format supports a range of upper- and lower-body movements, including exercises for the chest, arms, back, abs and legs. For example, a short home routine can alternate arm pulls with seated or standing leg movements, using the same equipment throughout. Its compact format also suits a workout in a small home space or an office, and the included carry bag helps keep the components together when stored or packed for a trip.

## Why it makes sense
Compared with a fixed-resistance band, this set lets you add or remove tubes to change the tension for different exercises. That flexibility is useful when one routine includes lighter mobility work alongside more challenging pulls, or when more than one person wants to use the same equipment at a different resistance level. The foot pedals and handle provide two contact points for a variety of movements, while the cushioned design supports a more comfortable grip and footing during a session.

Customer feedback highlights the adjustable resistance and the sturdy feel of the equipment. Those comments reflect buyers’ impressions, rather than a substitute for choosing a resistance level that suits the movement and your routine.

## Before you decide
**How is the resistance adjusted?** The set has three detachable 30 lb tubes. Use fewer tubes for a lighter pull or stack them to increase tension, up to the stated 90 lbs.

**Which muscle groups can I work?** The product is designed for exercises targeting the core, arms, chest, back and legs, making it suitable for varied full-body routines.

**What comes with the set?** The listed components are a carry bag, foot pedals, a handle, an instruction manual and three 30 lb resistance bands.

## When it makes sense
Choose this trainer if you want one portable piece of equipment for varied resistance exercises rather than a collection of fixed-tension bands. Its detachable tubes make it easier to tailor a session across different movements, and the pedals and handle support work for several muscle groups. For home, office or travel workouts, it brings adjustable resistance and compact storage into a straightforward setup.
