## Description

If you need a practical place for towels, coats or everyday accessories, this Optish over-the-door rack turns the space behind a door into useful storage.

Its 12 hooks provide separate spots for items such as hats, scarves and backpacks, helping keep them organized and within reach. Extended arms make hanging items easier to reach without standing on tiptoe.

Choose this door-mounted format when you want to use otherwise unused door space, a wall-mounted rack may suit a setup where that door space needs to stay clear.

## Tips for day-to-day use

Use the hooks to sort frequently used items by type or by who uses them. In a bathroom, towels can have their own hooks, in a bedroom or entry area, coats, hats and bags can be kept together rather than spread across chairs or other surfaces. The rack is also recommended for kitchen use, making it a flexible option for household items that benefit from an accessible hanging spot.

Before ordering, check that there is a coin gap between the door and its frame so the door can close with the hanger in place. The back has sponge padding to help prevent noise and scratches, and the hooks have smooth ends to help protect clothing from snags. Hanging the rack requires no drilling, assembly uses the included screws and screwdriver.

## Why it’s worth it

The main benefit is making use of the space behind a door without drilling to mount the rack. With 12 hooks in one place, it can help separate towels from clothing or keep everyday accessories together and easy to find. Its industrial style and black finish also give it a straightforward look that can work across different rooms.

Buyer feedback highlights easy assembly and useful everyday storage. Comments about sturdiness, installation and fit are mixed, so the door gap is an important practical detail to check for your setup. The padded backing and smooth hook ends are designed to help protect both the door and the items you hang.

## Questions before you buy

**Does the rack need to be drilled into the door?** No. It hangs over the door, and the included screws and screwdriver are for assembling the rack.

**How many items can I hang?** The rack has 12 hooks, giving you separate hanging points for towels, coats, hats, backpacks and other accessories.

**Will the door close with the rack installed?** Allow a coin gap between the door and frame for closing. Checking this before ordering helps confirm the hanger suits the door setup.

## Final verdict

For anyone looking to organize towels, coats or accessories while making better use of behind-the-door space, the Optish Otd-hook-001 brings 12 accessible hooks together in a padded, powder-coated metal rack. It’s a useful fit for bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and other areas where everyday items need a convenient place to hang.
