NXGKET ZX-808 Rechargeable Walkie-Talkies, 4-Pack, 22 Channels, USB-C

The four-radio pack makes it easier for a group to stay in touch without relying on a cell phone. Each NXGKET ZX-808 has a rechargeable 1800mAh lithium-ion battery, and the included 2-in-1 USB-C cable can charge two radios at the same time. With 22 channels, the set gives family members or companions a shared way to coordinate while camping, hiking or travelling together.

Choose VOX for hands-free communication during an activity, or use the radio’s regular controls when you want to manage each call directly. A built-in flashlight and NOAA weather alerts add useful functions for time outdoors.

The range figures give a practical reference for choosing between a more built-up setting and open terrain, where the stated maximum is higher. Automatic noise reduction supports clearer communication in noisy surroundings, while channel scan and memory help make radio setup more convenient. For a hands-free task, VOX lets you speak without holding the radio, for straightforward check-ins, the standard push-to-talk approach keeps communication simple.

Best use cases

This set suits outdoor plans where a group may spread out but still needs to coordinate: hiking routes, campsites, bike outings and road trips. For example, family members at a campsite can use separate radios to check in or organize a meeting point, while the flashlight offers an additional practical feature after dark. The belt clips help keep a radio close at hand while walking or working.

The feature mix also supports different preferences within one group. Someone who wants direct control can use the radio normally, while a person carrying gear can use VOX for hands-free conversation. Customer feedback often highlights ease of use, sound quality, battery life and useful communication range, making simple group coordination a recurring appeal of this style of radio.

What’s included

The set is described as four walkie-talkies, with belt clips and a 2-in-1 USB-C charging cable for charging two radios at once. That four-unit format gives several people in the same group their own radio, rather than requiring them to share a pair. The rechargeable batteries and included charging cable make it straightforward to prepare the set for an outing.

Is it worth it?

Worth considering if your plans involve keeping several people connected outdoors and you want more than basic two-way communication. The 22 channels, hands-free VOX, flashlight and weather-alert feature combine everyday check-ins with useful outdoor functions, while the four-radio format is suited to families and groups. For camping or hiking where companions may move at different paces, it offers a practical way to stay in contact and coordinate without keeping a phone in hand.
