## Description

For adults who want to fit walking into a workday or home routine, the Niceday 6706Y combines an under-desk format with a 10% auto incline. Its 3HP brushless motor, magnetic remote and preset goals make it easy to add purposeful movement without setting up a full-sized treadmill.

The 16.5-inch belt and adjustable incline bring more variety to everyday indoor walking.

## Pros

The incline adjusts from 0% to 10% in 10 levels using the remote, so you can shift from a flat walk to a hill-style effort while keeping your stride going. Compared with a flat walking pad, this adds a practical way to vary your routine and engage your glutes and hamstrings. The brushless 3HP motor is designed for quiet operation, making the treadmill suited to home-office use where a less intrusive walking setup matters.

Set a time, distance or calorie goal and the pad gives a gentle alert when you reach it. That built-in structure can help turn short walking sessions into a regular habit. The six-layer, non-slip belt, cushioned deck and eight silicone shock absorbers support a more comfortable walking surface. The product is rated for up to 400 lbs, with a steel frame and anti-slip support feet.

## What to know

Speed ranges from 0.6 to 4 miles per hour, with speed measured by the built-in programme. The walking surface measures 16.5 inches wide, and the product’s listed dimensions are 121.4 × 50.9 × 13.2 cm. It is powered by a corded electric connection. A magnetic remote controls the walking pad, including its incline adjustment.

Customer feedback describes the walking experience as comfortable, with some buyers also finding the unit stable and reliable in use. Opinions on durability are mixed, so these comments are best treated as individual experiences rather than a guarantee of long-term performance. What makes the Niceday distinctive is the combination of an under-desk footprint and adjustable incline, rather than a basic flat walking surface.

## Best use cases

Use it for steady walking while working at a compatible standing desk, or for a dedicated indoor walking session when the weather or schedule keeps you inside. For example, start with a level surface during a work block, then use the remote to add incline for a more varied walk. The preset time, distance and calorie goals give each session a clear target without requiring a separate workout plan.

When space is at a premium, the compact format is designed to slide under a desk, bed or cabinet when not in use. Built-in nylon wheels make it easier to move between storage and a walking spot. Is a walking pad with hill variation more useful for your routine than a flat model? The adjustable incline is the key difference to consider.

## Questions before you buy

**Can you change the incline while walking?** Yes. Use the remote to adjust the incline from 0% to 10% across 10 levels without breaking stride.

**What speed range does it offer?** The minimum speed is 0.6 miles per hour and the maximum is 4 miles per hour, covering a range for indoor walking.

**Can it be stored under furniture?** It is designed to slide under desks, beds or cabinets. Its folded size is listed as 48 × 20.5 × 5.2 inches, and built-in wheels help with repositioning.

## Should you buy it?

Choose the Niceday 6706Y if you want an indoor walking pad that can fit into a home-office routine and offers more than a flat walking surface. Auto incline, goal presets and a magnetic remote make it practical to vary and structure walks, while its compact design helps keep the equipment out of the way between sessions.
