How to use it

The diffused LED panel is the main draw here: it softens direct light to help reduce harsh shadows and reflections on shiny products. That can make small items easier to photograph without building a lighting setup from separate pieces.

Inside, reflective surfaces help spread the light around the subject. Brightness is adjustable, so you can make changes for different products rather than relying on one fixed level.

The 24" x 24" tent has four interchangeable backdrops: orange, blue, black and white. For example, you could place a piece of jewellery inside, try it against the black backdrop, then switch to white for a cleaner-looking listing image.

Two front openings support horizontal shooting, while an opening at the top allows overhead shots. Those options are useful when you want a close product view or a bird’s-eye composition without moving the item outside the tent. The sticky fasteners are intended to make setup and folding down straightforward, which is handy if the box needs to be stored between shoots.

What I’d decide

Best avoided if your subjects are larger than the stated 24" x 24" format, or if you need lighting and background control for a broader range of studio work. The four included colours are also the only backdrop options specified, so this is less flexible than sourcing backgrounds separately. For repeatable small-product shots in a compact setup, its specific strengths make sense, for larger or more varied photography, a more adaptable setup is the better fit.
