## Description

Set the MediAcous ME-TL03 on a desk for a daylight-style light therapy session as part of your morning routine. Its UV-free LED provides 10,000 lux, with adjustable brightness and colour temperature. A built-in timer and touch controls make it easy to tailor each session to your space and schedule.

## Key takeaways

This compact desktop lamp offers four brightness levels and four colour temperatures, so you can choose a softer setting or a brighter, cooler light to suit the room and your preference. The timer has four options—15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes—while the memory function recalls your previous brightness and colour temperature when you turn it on again. The touch area and recessed controls let you adjust settings directly on the lamp.

The LED light is described as UV-free, flicker-free, glare-free and free of hotspots. It’s designed for indoor sunlight therapy and can also be used when you want a dedicated light source while reading or working. Compared with a fixed-output lamp, the range of brightness, colour temperature and timer settings gives you more control over how a session fits into your day.

Buyer feedback often highlights the lamp’s compact appearance, useful functions and adjustable settings. Some customers report differing experiences with brightness, timer operation and button responsiveness, so preferences can vary. The adjustable controls let you select the setting that feels most suitable for your routine.

## Size & fit

Measuring 6D x 17W x 17H centimetres and weighing 630 g, the ME-TL03 has a compact rectangular format for a desktop or bedside table. Its white plastic shade and base suit a simple indoor setup, and the lamp is intended for use in a bedroom or other indoor space.

It operates from a power connection rather than wirelessly, the power adapter is included. The touch controls sit on the lamp itself, keeping adjustments close at hand while it’s placed on a desk or table.

## Usage tips

For a session, place the lamp 5.5–20 inches from your face and avoid looking directly at the light. The product guidance recommends starting at a lower brightness, particularly when first using it, and using the lamp in the morning or when feeling tired. A 15- or 30-minute timer gives you a set session length, with longer timer options available when preferred.

Tap the control to switch on and cycle through the brightness levels, the lamp also lets you select among four colour temperatures: 3000K, 4000K, 5000K and 6500K. Choose the combination that suits the room and your comfort. The memory function retains the previous brightness and colour temperature when power remains connected.

## Is it worth it?

The ME-TL03 brings 10,000-lux, UV-free LED light together with timer options, touch adjustment and a compact desktop design. Those details make it a practical fit for someone looking to add a configurable light therapy session to a bedroom or morning workspace, rather than choosing a lamp with only one brightness or colour setting. Its range of controls helps make a regular session easier to set up around personal preferences.
