## Description

Fit a walk or jog into your day at home with the MCRG 380QM-5L6 walking pad. Its adjustable speed range starts at 0.6 MPH and reaches 10 MPH, giving you options for a gentler indoor session or a more energetic workout.

The handrail adds a practical support point during use, while its detachable design lets you remove it when you want a more compact setup. Fold the treadmill after your workout to store it in a smaller space.

Choose between a straightforward walking routine and more varied sessions with 12 preset programs. The built-in LED display tracks speed, time, distance and calories burned, so you can follow your workout as you go.

## Technical details

The 3.5 HP motor powers a corded electric treadmill intended for home use. A stated maximum weight capacity of 180 kg, incline functionality and a multi-layer elastic cushioning deck round out the key workout features. The cushioning is designed to buffer foot strike, while the incline gives you another way to vary your session.

## Best use cases

This treadmill suits indoor routines where having exercise equipment close at hand makes it easier to fit in regular movement. Use the lower speeds for a relaxed walk, then choose a higher pace or a preset program when you want to change the intensity. The incline feature adds another option for varying a home workout.

If you mainly want a simple walking surface, the handle can be detached for a more open walking-pad setup. If you prefer a defined handrail and structured sessions, keep it in place and use one of the 12 programs. This flexibility is useful when the same treadmill needs to serve different routines or preferences at home.

Its foldable format is especially practical in a room where workout equipment needs to be put away between sessions. After use, fold it to its listed storage dimensions, the detachable handle also helps reduce the setup’s size. The LED readout makes it easy to keep track of workout metrics without relying on a separate tracking device.

## Box contents

The package includes the walking pad treadmill, safety key, user manual, L-shaped wrench and screws. Follow the manual for assembly and operation, and use the safety key as directed. For ongoing belt care, the product guidance recommends applying silicone lubricant every 40–50 hours of use and running the belt at low speed to distribute it.

## Buying verdict

It suits you if you want a home treadmill that can support both easy walks and faster sessions, with preset programs and an incline feature for added variety. The detachable handrail and foldable design make it adaptable to changing workout preferences and available room. Choose the MCRG 380QM-5L6 for a compact home exercise setup that combines a broad speed range, workout tracking and practical storage.
