## Description

Some outdoor areas need dependable illumination after dark, others need light only when movement draws attention. The LUTEC 80W floodlight combines a motion sensor with four adjustable LED heads. Its 9,000-lumen, 5000K daylight output helps illuminate entrances, driveways, yards and garage exteriors.

The four-head design lets you direct light across more than one part of an outdoor area, rather than relying on a single fixed beam. The stated coverage is up to 2,370 sq. ft., making it useful for broader spaces such as a yard or driveway. The cool-white daylight colour supports clear visibility around a home or business exterior.

## Requirements
This is an outdoor-use, corded-electric fixture rated for 120 volts. The manufacturer lists an installation height of 8.2 ft to optimize sensor performance. Plan the mounting position around the area you want to illuminate and the movement you want the sensor to detect, its 180° detection angle can help cover a wide approach.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Choose from four lighting modes to suit the space and routine: motion-activated operation at full brightness at night, a 20% night-time glow that rises to full brightness when movement is detected, full brightness for six hours, day or night, or Test Mode. For example, the dim-to-bright setting can provide a lower level of light around a porch while bringing the floodlight up when someone approaches. Motion detection is described for people, vehicles and animals, so aim the heads and sensor towards the paths or access points you want covered.

IP65 protection and an aluminum housing make this fixture suited to outdoor placement where it may encounter rain, snow or dust. Set the four adjustable heads to spread light across separate zones, such as a garage entrance and the adjoining driveway. The selectable modes also make it possible to choose between motion-triggered lighting and a period of steady illumination, depending on the task.

Buyer feedback often praises the brightness and describes installation as straightforward, with clear instructions. Opinions on operation and sensor response are mixed: some buyers find the motion detection works well, while others report inconsistent behaviour, and some mention faulty units. This feedback reflects varied experiences rather than a guaranteed result.

## Final verdict
For a wide outdoor area that benefits from both broad coverage and motion-triggered light, the LUTEC brings together four aimable heads, 9,000 lumens and several operating modes in one fixture. A focused light can suit a single narrow approach, this four-head floodlight is a practical fit when you want to direct illumination across several parts of a driveway, yard, porch or garage exterior.
