## Description

Some at-home nail sets are chosen for a ready-made look, others offer room to shape the finish yourself. These XXL full-cover stiletto tips arrive pre-shaped and in a range of sizes. Want to keep the dramatic point or create a different silhouette? Their extra-long length can be customized to suit your design.

## What stands out

The pre-shaped stiletto profile skips the initial shaping step, making it easier to start a DIY nail-extension set with a consistent outline. Each tip has a stated thick-front, thin-back design, and the pre-buffed surface is intended to reduce the preparation needed before application. The no-C-curve design is another defining feature of this set.

With 120 tips across 12 sizes, marked from 0 to 11, it’s easier to sort through the options and find a tip for each nail. That range is useful when sizing your hands individually rather than expecting every nail to take the same width. Buyers describe the tips as effective and appreciate the hold they get when using glue, along with the quick-drying experience. Feedback on durability is mixed, so treat wear as dependent on the application and how the nails are used.

## Key takeaways

This set is made for home nail-extension projects where a long stiletto shape is the starting point. Use the tips as shaped for a pointed look, or trim and file them into long, medium, or short almond, coffin, or square styles. That flexibility gives you a way to adapt one set to different looks instead of choosing only a fixed finished length. The solid finish also provides a simple base for a DIY manicure design.

For a practical at-home session, sort the numbered tips by size before beginning, then select a fit for each nail. You can keep the full XXL length for a more pronounced style, or shorten and reshape the tips to match the look you have in mind. If you’re comparing a fixed-shape set with one that allows more customization, the adjustable length is the useful distinction here.

## Maintenance

The stiletto shape is already formed, so you can skip that step when keeping the original silhouette. To customize the length or shape, cut or file the tips as needed. The product information describes removal by soaking with acetone, which can make it easier to change your manicure when you’re ready for a new look. Follow the directions for the acetone product you use.

## Questions before you buy

**How many sizes are included?** The set contains 120 tips in 12 sizes, numbered 0 to 11. The markings help you identify and organize the different options while selecting a fit for each nail.

**Can I change the stiletto shape?** Yes. The tips can be used at their original length or cut and filed into almond, coffin, or square shapes, in long, medium, or short lengths.

**How can I remove the tips?** They are described as soak-off tips that can be removed with acetone. This makes an acetone soak the stated removal approach when you’re ready to switch styles.

## Final verdict

For DIY manicures built around long extensions, Luckyfairy’s XXL stiletto tips offer a ready-shaped starting point, 12 marked sizes, and the freedom to trim and reshape. They suit anyone who wants to create a pointed set at home or use the extra length as a base for other nail silhouettes.
