## Description

## Best use cases

At 106.3" unfolded by 66 Ft, this green pre-taped masking film gives you a broad cover for painting, spraying and renovation work. The LDPE film is supplied in a two-pack, so you can keep a roll ready for another room or project. Its attached tape helps position the film along an edge, while the sheet unfolds to cover the surrounding area.

Use it to shield walls, floors, furniture or appliances from dust, paint and overspray during decorating and repairs. For a small, precise paint line, a narrow masking approach may suit the task, for protecting a wider area while working, the attached film adds coverage as you mask.

## Pros

The pre-taped format brings the fastening strip and protective film together, helping make setup more direct: anchor the tape along the edge, then unfold the film over the surface you want covered. It can be used on recommended surfaces including drywall, glass, metal, plastic and wood, for indoor or outdoor projects. The film is water resistant and described as resistant to oil and solvents, useful when a job involves more than household dust.

For wall painting, position the tape where you want the colour boundary, then spread the film over adjacent flooring or furnishings before spraying or rolling. It is also suited to automotive painting and body-shop work, as well as protecting furniture and appliances during renovations. The tape has low-to-medium tack and is intended to hold the cover in position while helping reduce the chance of pulling paint during removal. Customers describe the product as useful for its intended masking tasks, while feedback on adhesion and durability varies, careful placement and handling help keep the film aligned during use.

## Worth noting

This is a disposable protective film, not a cover for supporting weight. Sharp objects beneath it can puncture the sheet, so clear the area before laying it down. For a neater setup, start by unrolling a short section, keep the tape straight as you attach it, then unfold and smooth the film across the area. Scissors can be used to cut it from the roll. On a larger job, additional tape can help secure the film in place.

The film’s purpose is to protect nearby surfaces and help create a clean boundary while painting or spraying, it is not a replacement for a drop cloth designed to bear equipment or foot traffic. Choose the amount of coverage based on the surface you need to protect, and take care not to stretch or snag the thin sheet as you unfold it.

## When it makes sense

Choose this two-pack when you want masking tape and a wide protective sheet in one format for painting, decorating, automotive work or renovation. It suits projects where you need to cover a larger area quickly, such as shielding a floor while edging a wall or protecting nearby furnishings during a spray job. If your priority is only a narrow paint edge, tape alone may be the simpler approach, when surrounding surfaces also need protection, LLPT’s pre-taped film combines the edge attachment with an unfoldable cover.
