## Description

Edge-lit illumination helps create a softer, more even look on camera for calls and recordings. The LitONES F-616 gives you a choice of colour temperature and brightness, so you can adjust the light to suit your desk and the task at hand. Its stand and rotating light head make it easier to direct light where you need it.

## What to know
This desktop video light offers three colour temperatures and ten brightness levels, with a listed range of 3000K to 6500K. Adjusting these settings lets you tailor the light for video calls, online teaching, live streaming, recording or reading. The edge-lit design is intended to provide even illumination, while the stated high CRI supports natural-looking colour on camera.

The stand-based format offers a different approach from a small light fixed to a screen: position it beside or behind a laptop or monitor, then angle the light towards your face or workspace. It is USB-powered and compatible with laptops, computers and smartphones. A rotating phone holder also gives you a place to position a phone for video chatting or recording.

## Fit and sizing
The light has a 7-inch full-screen face and an adjustable stand height from 20.5 to 28.5 inches. Its head rotates 360° so you can direct illumination up, down or from side to side as your setup changes. A metal base with a non-slip pad helps keep the stand steady on a desk and protects the surface from scratches. The lamp head is ABS and the arm is aluminium alloy.

For example, place the stand next to a laptop for a video meeting, raise it to align with your seating position, then turn the head towards you. For a phone recording, use the holder and reposition the light to suit the camera angle. The USB power specification is 10W (5V2A).

## Everyday use
The adjustable settings make this light useful beyond video calls. Use it as a desk lamp for reading or studying, or set the colour and brightness for makeup, podcasts and content creation. The rotating head and phone holder offer practical positioning options without tying the light to a single on-camera setup.

Buyers often highlight the brightness, sturdiness and usefulness across different tasks. Opinions on value are mixed, but the range of lighting options and the stand format are features to consider if you want one desk light for calls as well as everyday activities.

## Questions before you buy
**Can I adjust the light for different settings?** Yes. Choose from three colour temperatures and ten brightness levels to adapt the illumination for meetings, recording or desk use.

**Can I use it with a smartphone?** The light is listed as compatible with smartphones, and its rotating phone holder can support video chatting or recording setups.

**How is the light powered?** It uses USB power, with a listed specification of 10W (5V2A).

## When it makes sense
It makes sense if you want a dedicated desk light that can move between video calls, phone recording and everyday reading or study. The adjustable height, rotating head and multiple light settings help you shape the setup around your screen, camera angle and activity.
