Lifepro infrared sauna blanket with 9 heat levels

Want a warm-up routine at home without setting aside space for a fixed sauna? The Lifepro RejuvaWrap is a portable infrared sauna blanket designed for at-home relaxation.

Its adjustable heat gives you room to choose a gentler or warmer session, rather than relying on one preset temperature.

It folds into the included carry bag, and the kit also comes with a hand towel.

Best use cases

This wrap is aimed at people who want a personal, heat-based wind-down at home. For example, you could unfold it in the living room for a quiet evening session, zip it closed, and set the warmth to suit your preference. The product description also mentions unwinding after a workout, but it does not make specific recovery or health claims, so treat it as a relaxation feature rather than a treatment.

The portable format may suit a home where a dedicated sauna would take up too much room. It folds flat for storage, and the carry bag makes it easier to put away between uses. Still, it is a wrap you wear around yourself, not a room-sized sauna, anyone expecting space to sit or move around freely will want a different setup.

Product specs

The blanket has carbon fibre heating panels and nine adjustable heat levels, ranging from 95°F to 176°F. Its stated dimensions are 180 x 79 cm, and a simple zip-up design is intended to make getting in and out straightforward. The package includes the blanket, a hand towel and a carry bag.

Those details help set expectations, but there is no information here about a session timer, cleaning instructions or power requirements. If those points matter to your routine, the listing does not answer them. The dimensions also give a useful sense of its size, though they do not confirm how the wrap will fit every body shape.

Where it shines

The practical appeal is having adjustable warmth and a compact, storable format in one home-use product. Compared with a basic heated blanket, the RejuvaWrap is specifically presented as an infrared sauna wrap, with multiple heat settings and a zip closure. Compared with a fixed sauna, it takes up less permanent space and can be folded away, but it cannot provide a room-sized environment.

Would you use the full range of settings, or mainly want a simple, warm place to unwind? The nine levels offer choice if you like adjusting the temperature from session to session, if you prefer a set-and-forget routine, that range may matter less. It makes sense if you want a personal wrap for occasional or regular relaxation and value being able to store it away. It isn’t for you if your priority is a spacious sauna experience, or if you need detailed guidance on maintenance and session timing, without that information, you’ll need to find those answers before settling into a routine.

Final decision

Choose the Lifepro RejuvaWrap for a portable, zip-up home sauna blanket with nine heat levels, a carry bag and hand towel included. Its clearest trade-off is the personal-wrap format: it is easier to stow than a fixed sauna, but the stated 180 x 79 cm size is the key fit detail to consider before buying. If that format suits your space and you mainly want adjustable warmth for unwinding, it has a clear use case. If you want a full-room sauna or need more information about operating and care details, this listing leaves important questions open.
