At 16" x 20", this rectangular velvet heating pad gives cats and dogs a warm place to settle in a bed, carrier or sheltered outdoor spot. Its plug-in heating system provides consistent warmth, while the removable cover makes routine cleaning more convenient.

A steel-covered, chew-resistant cord and built-in overheat sensor add practical safety features for everyday pet spaces. The blue mat is designed for indoor and outdoor use.

Tech summary

The lesotc heating pad measures 50.8 x 40.6 cm and has a velvet surface with a cotton cover and cotton fill. Its heating wires are distributed through the pad for all-round warmth, with an automatic operating temperature range of 100.4°F to 107.6°F. A seven-layer protective structure, UL-tested heating wire and built-in overheat sensor are designed to support dependable use. The pad is described as waterproof and flame-resistant, making it suitable for a sheltered area where pets rest.

The cover is removable and machine washable, so it can be cleaned separately as part of regular care. Unlike a standard unheated mat, this model adds plug-in warmth to a pet’s resting place. That makes it a useful fit for a doghouse, garage, barn, shed or indoor bed where a pet spends time resting.

Compatibility

Made for cats and dogs, the 16" x 20" size provides a defined warm resting area for a pet bed, crate, enclosure or playpen. It can also be placed on a sofa or in a sheltered outdoor space. The listing identifies use for pets including senior animals, puppies, kittens and rabbits, so it can serve different household and sheltered-resting setups.

For example, place it in a pet’s sheltered sleeping area to provide a warmed spot when the animal settles down. The chew-resistant steel cord covering is a practical feature for spaces where a pet may investigate nearby cords, position the pad and cord neatly as part of the setup.

Practical tips

Set the pad on a suitable resting surface in the area where your pet already likes to settle, such as a bed, enclosure or sheltered doghouse. Plug it in for automatic heating, and allow your pet access to the warm surface as part of its usual resting space. For outdoor use, the listed settings include covered shelters such as doghouses, sheds, garages and barns.

When the cover needs cleaning, remove it and machine wash it according to the care instructions. This removable-cover design helps keep routine upkeep straightforward while preserving a dedicated warm spot for your pet.
