## Description

For home strength training that moves between flat, incline, decline and upright exercises, the leikefitness GM5809 provides an adjustable platform for a range of routines. Its foldable design helps make storage part of the setup. An automatic lock secures the selected position for your workout.

## Everyday use
Use the bench for dumbbell presses, rows, crunches and other strength exercises for the chest, shoulders, back, abs and hips. Changing the backrest and seat position lets you set up for different movements without relying on a single fixed angle. That makes it a practical choice when one bench needs to support varied sessions at home, from seated work to flat and angled presses.

The padded seat and backrest are covered in water-resistant PU leather. The extended seat cushion measures 17.7 inches, the backrest measures 30 inches, and both have 2.16-inch foam padding. After training, the bench folds for storage, the manufacturer describes storing it under a bed, in a cabinet or against a wall. This adjustable format suits routines that benefit from changing positions, while a fixed flat bench is a more focused choice for exercises performed on one surface.

## Why it makes sense
The GM5809 brings multiple training angles and a fold-away design together, so it can support a varied home routine without being dedicated to only one exercise position. The steel frame and triangle structure are designed for strength training, while the padded surfaces provide support during seated and lying exercises. Its stated maximum weight capacity is 299.37 kg.

Customer feedback commonly highlights the adjustability, comfort and straightforward setup. Opinions on stability vary, and some buyers raise durability concerns, so feedback is not uniform across those aspects. For a purchase decision, the useful distinction is the bench’s combination of several positions, cushioning and foldability—not a single-purpose flat design.

## Questions before you buy
**What exercises can you do with this bench?** It is suited to strength exercises including bench presses, incline and decline presses, dumbbell rows and crunches, with the bench positions supporting work for the chest, shoulders, back, abs and hips.

**Can the bench change position for different movements?** Yes. Its backrest and seat adjust for upright, incline, decline and flat training positions, and the automatic lock secures the selected setting.

**Does it fold for storage?** Yes. The bench is foldable, making it easier to put away between workouts or store against a wall, in a cabinet or under a bed.

## Final verdict
Choose the leikefitness GM5809 when your home strength routine calls for more than a flat surface. Its adjustable positions support varied exercises, its padded PU leather surfaces add comfort, and its foldable frame helps keep workout equipment easier to store between sessions.
