## Description

Some homes need routine vacuuming, others also need hard floors mopped and carpets kept dry. The Lefant M3 combines vacuuming and mopping with an all-in-one dock. App controls, mapped navigation and automatic mop care help streamline everyday floor cleaning.

## What to know
The M3 delivers 12,000Pa suction for dust, debris and pet hair on hardwood, tile and carpet. Its V-shaped dual-comb brush is designed to gather and cut through hair to help prevent tangles, while the side brush and dual spinning mop pads reach along edges and into corners. A HEPA filter is also listed among its specifications.

The dock handles several routine tasks: it collects dust in a 3.2 L bin, washes the mop pads with 113°F hot water, then cool-dries them. It also has a 2.5 L water tank and built-in detergent dispensing. The dustbin is described as supporting up to eight weeks of collection, and the water tank is specified for up to 2,366 sq.ft. Actual cleaning needs depend on the home and routine.

LiDAR navigation scans the home to create maps, with layouts stored for up to three levels. The M3 can avoid obstacles, learn no-go zones and follow app-selected cleaning modes. Buyer feedback is positive about its hardwood-floor vacuuming, while experiences with mopping and reliability are mixed.

## How to use it
Use the Lefant app to customize cleaning for your floors. Choose a vacuum-and-mop routine for hard flooring, or use carpet settings such as Turbo Carpet Mode, Carpet Avoidance or Carpet Priority Cleaning. The mop lifts 9mm to help protect carpets during cleaning, and the app can set no-mop zones around rugs. For a home with more than one level, saved maps let the robot adapt its route to different floors.

A practical setup is to schedule routine vacuuming for everyday dust and pet hair, then use the combined mode for hard floors that also need mopping. This brings both jobs into one cleaning plan rather than leaving mopping as a separate task. The robot measures 32L x 32W x 9.7H centimetres. The listed components are a self-emptying dustbin, mop pads and cleaning solution.

## Tips for day-to-day use
Set no-go and no-mop zones in the app to guide the robot around areas that need different treatment. Select a carpet mode when cleaning rugs, or use the mop-lift setting for a route that includes both carpets and hard flooring. The edge-cleaning brushes and spinning mop pads are useful for everyday passes along walls and furniture, while the dock’s automatic dust collection and pad washing reduce the number of routine cleaning steps to handle yourself.

For mapped cleaning across multiple floors, use the saved layout for the level being cleaned. Keep the app settings aligned with the rooms and surfaces on that route so the M3 can apply the selected vacuuming and mopping approach.

## Should you buy it?
The Lefant M3 suits households looking to bring vacuuming, mopping and dock-based maintenance into one app-controlled routine. Its strong suction, tangle-focused brush design, carpet settings and mop-pad care make it especially relevant for homes managing pet hair across hard floors and carpets. Choose it for a mapped robot cleaner that can vacuum and mop as part of the same daily floor-care system.
