## Description

Some home fitness routines are built around a dedicated workout, while others need to fit between emails, calls and everyday tasks. The Lacuffy BA walking pad is designed for the second approach, with an under-desk format and a manual incline to add walking to your home or office routine.

Its 2.5 HP motor, LED display and app and remote controls give you practical ways to manage and follow a walk without turning your workspace into a full workout area.

## Everyday use

Place the walking pad at your desk for a workday walk, or use it for a short movement break at home. The 6% manual incline lets you choose an uphill walking setting, while the maximum speed of 3.8 miles per hour supports a range of walking paces. Select the incline manually and use the remote or app to control your session.

The LED display makes it easy to keep an eye on your walk as you go. For added motivation, the PitPat app offers virtual trail walks and races with friends, and can help you track your progress. That gives a desk-side walk a more engaging focus than simply watching the minutes pass.

## Why it’s worth it

The main advantage is how readily walking can fit around your day. Instead of setting aside a separate block of time for every bit of movement, you can walk while working at a standing desk or take a short break between tasks. The manual incline adds another setting to your walking routine without changing the treadmill’s compact, under-desk purpose.

It arrives assembled, so there’s no assembly step before use. Its portable design makes it suited to a home or office where the walking area may need to change between sessions. An alloy steel frame and included safety key round out the practical details for regular use. Compared with choosing equipment centred on a separate workout space, this walking pad is aimed at integrating walking into an existing desk routine.
