## Description

## How to use it

For meal prep, food storage or sous vide cooking, these KitchenBoss vacuum sealer rolls let you make bags to suit the portion you’re packing. The set provides 8 in x 50 ft and 11 in x 50 ft rolls, for 100 ft in total. Cut each bag to the length you need, then seal it with a heat-sealing vacuum sealer. The two widths give you room to pack anything from smaller portions to wider cuts without relying on one fixed bag size.

If you’re choosing between pre-sized bags and a roll, the roll format offers more flexibility for varying food sizes. The built-in U-notches, spaced about every 10 cm on both sides, also make sealed packages easier to open.

## Pros

The BPA-free, food-grade PA and PE film is made with a seven-layer co-extruded structure designed to be soft yet tough. That combination supports everyday packing for meat, seafood, fruit, vegetables, grains and dried fruit. Cutting bags to fit the portions can help reduce leftover material, while vacuum packing can help limit freezer burn and dehydration during storage.

For a busy workday, portion breakfast or other ingredients in advance and seal them for convenient storage. At home or in a restaurant, the two roll widths make it practical to prepare bags for different foods as needed, rather than choosing only from a set of fixed sizes.

## Highlights

These rolls are intended for heat-sealed vacuum sealers, including KitchenBoss and FoodSaver models, and can also be used for sous vide cooking. The film is suitable for refrigeration and has a stated temperature resistance from -20°C to 105°C, supporting a range of food storage and low-temperature cooking tasks. For microwave use, make holes in the bag first.

Unlike a regular zip-lock bag, a vacuum-sealed pouch is made for air removal with a compatible sealer. That makes this format useful when you want to prepare food for sous vide or organize portions for storage. Choose the 8 in roll for narrower portions or the 11 in roll when you need more width, then cut each bag to fit.

## Before you decide

**How much film is included?** The set contains two rolls: one 8 in x 50 ft and one 11 in x 50 ft, for 100 ft total. You can cut the rolls to make bags suited to the food you’re packing.

**Which vacuum sealers can I use?** The rolls are designed for heat-sealed vacuum sealers, including KitchenBoss and FoodSaver models. They are also intended for sous vide cooking.

**Can I use the bags in the microwave?** Yes. Make holes in the bag before microwaving. The film is stated to be temperature resistant from -20°C to 105°C.

## Buying verdict

KitchenBoss rolls suit cooks who want adjustable bag lengths for meal prep, food storage and sous vide, with two widths for different portions. The BPA-free PA/PE film, easy-open notches and 100 ft total give you a flexible roll format for packing a varied mix of ingredients at home or in a restaurant.
