## Description

For a king bed that needs a softer, more cushioned sleep surface, the KELTARO mattress topper combines a gel memory foam base with a plush quilted pillow top. Its 4-inch dual-layer design adds both contouring support and a soft upper layer, giving an existing mattress a noticeably different feel without replacing it.

The white topper measures 78 x 80 inches and has a deep-pocket skirt to help keep it in place on mattresses up to 21 inches thick.

## Key features
The two layers serve different comfort needs: 2 inches of cooling gel memory foam distribute weight and cradle pressure points, while the 2-inch quilted pillow top adds a softer, cushioned feel. Together, they create a more substantial comfort layer than a basic mattress pad, with a soft firmness suited to customers looking to add plushness as well as support. The breathable construction is designed to make the sleep surface more comfortable, and the elastic deep-pocket skirt helps the topper stay positioned during regular use.

The memory foam is CertiPUR-US certified, and the textiles meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100. These material certifications offer useful reference points when choosing bedding for an adult bedroom. Buyers often highlight the soft feel, comfort and fit, feedback on the topper’s thickness is mixed, so the layered construction is worth considering when choosing the feel you want from your bed.

## Care & maintenance
The pillow-top layer is removable and can be washed separately. For care, use cold water and a gentle machine-wash cycle. Keeping the washable top layer separate from the foam makes it easier to refresh the part of the topper that sits closest to you. Follow the care instructions when laundering to help maintain the fabric and quilted finish.

## Practical tips
The topper arrives vacuum-packed. Before sleeping on it, leave it to fully rebound in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours. This gives the foam time to expand after shipping. Once it has opened up, centre it on the king mattress and tuck the elastic skirt around the edges, the deep-pocket fit is designed for mattresses up to 21 inches thick.

For a practical bedroom update, this format suits a bed that feels too firm or could use extra cushioning. The foam layer adds contouring support, while the pillow top changes the surface feel, making this a useful choice when you want both elements rather than a simple fabric mattress cover.

## Before you decide
What makes this a dual-layer topper? It pairs a 2-inch gel memory foam base with a 2-inch quilted pillow top, combining a contouring layer with a softer surface.

Will it fit a king mattress? The topper measures 78 x 80 inches and its elastic deep-pocket skirt fits mattresses up to 21 inches thick.

How should it be prepared for first use? Allow the vacuum-packed topper to rebound in a well-ventilated area for 24–48 hours before placing it on the bed.

## Final verdict
Choose the KELTARO if you want to refresh a king bed with both added cushioning and a more supportive, contouring layer. Its removable quilted top, deep-pocket fit and distinct foam-and-pillow-top construction make it a considered option for adults seeking a softer, more comfortable sleep surface.
