## Description

The pull-on design makes these KEKING knee sleeves easy to wear for everyday support or active use. A silicone grip helps keep each sleeve in place as you move. The black, low-profile style can be worn under leggings or pants. This adult X-Large set includes two sleeves.

## Who it’s for
These sleeves are intended for adults looking for compression around the knee during activities such as running, hiking, gym workouts, basketball, soccer, tennis or volleyball. The product also lists arthritis, tendinitis, iliotibial band syndrome, chondromalacia patella and patellar tracking disorder among its specific uses. That makes it relevant to shoppers seeking a pull-on knee support for exercise or day-to-day movement while managing knee discomfort.

The sleeve format offers a straightforward alternative to choosing a more structured brace: it provides coverage around the knee in a flexible garment that is pulled on, rather than relying on a more involved fastening setup. The listed fabric is 80% nylon and 20% spandex, supporting a close-fitting, stretch-fabric design. The black colour and discreet profile also make it easy to wear beneath everyday clothing.

## Why it makes sense
A secure fit matters when a knee support is worn through movement. These sleeves use a silicone grip intended to help limit slipping during sports and workouts, so you can focus on the activity instead of repeatedly adjusting the garment. Their pull-on closure keeps the design simple, whether you are getting ready for a gym session, going for a run or heading out for a hike.

The product description highlights breathable, moisture-wicking fabric and a seamless construction for comfort during extended wear. Those details suit active routines where a low-profile support is preferable to a bulkier option. The sleeves are also described as suitable for wearing under leggings or pants, making them practical beyond exercise. Buyers commonly highlight comfort, support and grip, and some appreciate that the sleeves sit discreetly under leggings. Feedback on sizing is mixed, so fit is an important part of choosing this X-Large version.

## Key takeaways
Each order contains two black knee sleeves in X-Large. They are designed for adult use and made from fabric listed as 80% nylon and 20% spandex, rubber and silicone are also identified as materials. The pull-on construction makes them simple to put on, while the silicone grip is designed to help hold the sleeves in position during movement.

Care is practical: the sleeves can be hand-washed or machine-washed. Their listed sports uses include baseball, basketball, soccer, gym training, hiking, running, tennis and volleyball. This broad activity range makes them a useful style of support for people who want one pull-on sleeve format for exercise and everyday wear. Buyer feedback also points to compression and a comfortable feel, alongside varying experiences with fit.

## Buying verdict
Choose the KEKING sleeves if you want a two-piece, pull-on knee support with a silicone grip for workouts, sports or daily wear. The stretch fabric, discreet black design and washable construction make them easy to work into an active routine, while the listed knee-related uses help clarify the intended application. A solid pick if a low-profile compression sleeve suits your needs and X-Large is the size you’re shopping for.
