## Description

A folding frame and handle bar make the Kassadin 380AM-61L easy to work into a home exercise routine. Its 3.5HP motor offers speeds from 0.6 to 10MPH for walking, jogging or light running. Twelve preset programmes provide workout variety, and the LED display tracks speed, time, distance and calories burned.

## At a glance
This compact treadmill measures 105 x 52 x 102 cm and folds to a listed size of 105 x 52 x 10 cm for storage between workouts. The handle bar gives you a place to hold while walking or running, and the treadmill has a maximum weight recommendation of 180 kg. Its walking belt measures 90 x 36.5 cm, with layered elastic cushioning designed to ease impact during exercise. For a home where a treadmill needs to be put away after use, the folding format offers a different approach from equipment intended to stay set up in one place.

## Usage tips
Place the treadmill on a flat, hard surface before use, and keep the area around and beneath it clear of dust and debris. As a corded electric model, it needs to be positioned near a suitable power source. Its speed range lets you start at a walking pace and adjust the setting to suit a jog or light run. The manufacturer describes its operating noise as below 45 decibels, a useful consideration when fitting indoor exercise into an apartment or a shared household routine.

## Getting the most from it
Choose from the 12 preset programmes or adjust the speed to set a pace that works for your session. The LED display shows speed, time, distance and calories burned, so you can follow those workout measures as you exercise. For example, you could use a walking pace during a short indoor break, then choose a faster setting for a separate jogging session. The motor’s stated 0.6–10MPH range supports both kinds of use without requiring a different machine. After a workout, fold the frame to make the treadmill easier to store in a compact home layout.

## Buying verdict
The Kassadin 380AM-61L suits adults and youth looking for a home treadmill with a handle bar, a broad speed range and preset workout programmes. Its folding frame, compact listed folded size and display metrics make it a practical fit for indoor exercise where equipment also needs to be stored between sessions.
