Justech linear actuator, 200 mm stroke

A linear actuator can make lifting or positioning easier, but the wrong stroke or mounting length can leave a project difficult to fit. This Justech model has a 200 mm stroke and is designed for 12V systems.

It offers up to 1500 N of push-pull force for projects that need more than a small adjustment. The key is matching its movement and installation dimensions to your setup.

For example, it could move a hatch or adjust a solar tracker through a set travel range. Would you need it to stop at positions between fully extended and fully retracted? That requires a compatible external switch or controller.

How to use it

This is a wired actuator for pushing, pulling, lifting and positioning. The included brackets and pin hardware provide mounting components, while reversing the polarity changes the direction: red to positive and black to negative extends it, reverse the polarity to retract it.

Built-in limit switches stop travel at full extension and retraction. The self-locking mechanism helps hold the actuator’s position when power is removed. That suits a movement with defined end points, such as raising or lowering a platform. For intermediate positioning, plan on adding a compatible controller or switch, one is not listed among the included items.

What I’d decide

Te conviene si your project needs a 12V actuator with a defined 200 mm travel, self-locking hold and automatic stops at both ends. It may suit lift platforms, adjustable furniture, hatches, solar tracking or DIY automation when the mounting dimensions line up with the available space.

Mejor evitarlo si you need fast loaded movement, or want adjustable intermediate stops without adding a compatible controller or switch. Before choosing it, compare the 305 mm retracted and 505 mm extended lengths with your mounting points, not just the stroke. That fit check matters more than the force rating if the actuator cannot sit in the space available.
