## Description

At 72 x 24.8 inches, the JUST DO JDYT-1 hot yoga towel is sized to cover a yoga mat, creating a microfibre surface for hot yoga, Pilates and workouts. Its dense grip dots help keep the towel in place during movement, while the absorbent fabric manages sweat through an active session.

The yellow tie-dye design folds for packing, and the included breathable mesh carry bag makes it easy to bring to the gym or on a trip.

## The essentials
This mat cover combines two useful features: microfibre absorbs sweat and dries quickly, while the grip dots are designed to help the towel stay steady as you move. That combination can make a difference in a heated class, where moisture and changing poses are part of the routine. The towel measures 183 x 63 centimetres, giving you a defined surface for practice without the bulk of a full-size blanket.

Unlike a plain towel placed over a mat, this one has grip points on the underside to support a more stable setup. It can also serve as a beach or camping towel, a body wrap, a rest towel or a blanket, making it handy beyond studio sessions. The compact format and mesh bag help keep it convenient to pack between uses.

## How to look after it
Machine wash the towel after use, then tumble dry on low or hang it to dry. These straightforward care options make it practical to refresh between sweaty workouts. Let it dry fully before storing it in the carry bag so it is ready to take along for your next class or outing.

## How to use it
Spread the towel over your yoga mat with the grip-dot side against the mat, then smooth it out before starting your practice. Its dimensions are intended to cover a yoga mat, and the grip points help reduce shifting as you change positions. During hot yoga or an intense workout, the absorbent microfibre gives sweat a place to go while you focus on balance, posture and movement.

For Pilates or other floor workouts, use it as a soft, absorbent layer over your mat. When the session is over, fold it and pack it into the breathable mesh bag for transport. Away from workouts, its towel format also suits a beach day or camping trip.

## What to clarify
**What size is the towel?** It measures 72 x 24.8 inches (183 x 63 centimetres), a format designed to cover a yoga mat.

**What helps it stay in place?** Dense, elastic grip dots on the towel are intended to provide traction against the mat during exercise.

**How should it be washed and dried?** It is machine washable, tumble dry on low or hang it to dry.

## Is it worth it?
A solid pick if you want a sweat-absorbent cover for hot yoga that adds grip points to your mat setup. The quick-drying microfibre, practical care options and carry bag also make it useful for taking to Pilates, workouts and other activities where a versatile towel earns its space.
