## Description

When choosing a magnesium supplement, some people prioritize a specific magnesium form, while others want an easy-to-take format for everyday use. Jamieson 100% Pure Magnesium Bisglycinate Gummies bring both together in a cranberry-grape gummy.

Each gummy provides 20 mg of magnesium bisglycinate. The single-form formula is not blended with magnesium oxide, so the magnesium source is clearly defined.

Magnesium supports bone development and maintenance, muscle function and a healthy electrolyte balance. This gummy format makes it simple to include a measured amount in your routine.

## Practical tips
Use the 20 mg per-gummy amount as a clear reference when fitting this supplement into your routine. Follow the product label for directions, and consider your overall magnesium intake when deciding how it fits alongside other supplements. The gummies are a convenient alternative to taking magnesium in a capsule or tablet format, with cranberry-grape flavour for a more enjoyable daily routine.

Magnesium bisglycinate supports muscle function, including heart muscle, and contributes to the body’s electrolyte balance, which plays a role in muscle and nerve function. It also supports bone development and maintenance. These benefits make the formula relevant for people looking to add magnesium support to a routine that includes everyday activity or exercise.

Customer feedback often highlights the flavour, ease of use and gentle feel on the stomach. Some buyers also mention that they would prefer more magnesium per gummy, and opinions differ on the texture. Since each gummy contains 20 mg, check the product directions and your supplement routine to see how that amount suits your needs.

## Box contents
The pack contains 60 cranberry-grape magnesium bisglycinate gummies. That count makes it easy to keep the product on hand as part of a regular supplement routine.
