## Description

## Getting the most from it

Side and back sleepers looking for neck and shoulder support can adjust this iSkey pillow to suit their preferred feel. Its butterfly-shaped contour has dedicated support zones for the head, neck, shoulders and arms, while the dual-sided design gives you another way to find a comfortable position. Three interchangeable inserts let you choose soft, medium or firm support for the head area.

Set up the inserts to match your comfort preference, then choose the side that feels right for your sleep position. This adjustable approach is a practical alternative to a cervical pillow with one fixed firmness.

## Strengths

The contoured shape is designed to follow the body’s natural form and provide support across several areas rather than just under the head. A wider shoulder area accommodates side sleeping, while the profile is also intended for back sleepers. If you change positions overnight, the two-sided design and adjustable inserts offer options for settling into a comfortable level of support.

The pillow uses high-density memory foam and comes with a soft, breathable removable cover. Since the cover is machine washable, it can be removed for routine cleaning. These everyday details make the pillow suitable for regular use, while the choice of three firmness levels makes it easier to tailor the feel instead of relying on a single fixed option.

Buyers have highlighted the neck and shoulder support, ergonomic shape and adjustable firmness. Some describe the feel as a comfortable balance of softness and support, and report that they sleep more comfortably. These are individual impressions, while the pillow’s adjustable inserts and contoured design are the features that let you personalize its setup.
