E-Z Ink PGI-1200XL Compatible Ink Cartridges, 9-Pack for Canon MAXIFY

For Canon MAXIFY owners who need replacement ink for everyday documents and colour graphics, this E-Z Ink pack brings all four ink colours together. It includes nine compatible PGI-1200 XL cartridges. Choose it for a mixed print routine that calls for both black text and colour, rather than replacing just one colour at a time.

Key takeaways

The pack contains three black cartridges and two each of cyan, magenta and yellow. That mix is useful when black text is a regular part of your printing, while still keeping the three colour inks on hand for graphics and other colour pages. Each black cartridge is rated for up to 1,200 pages, and each colour cartridge for up to 900 pages, based on 5% page coverage. Actual page counts depend on what you print and how much of each page is covered in ink.

These are compatible replacement cartridges for inkjet printing on plain paper. The ink is water-based, and the product is described as high-yield. Buyers report that the cartridges fit their Canon printers and are often recognized by the printer, comments on print quality are mixed, with some noting differences in colour output. Some buyers also mention ink drying in the printer, so regular printing is worth considering as part of your routine.

How it fits

This PGI-1200 XL set is listed for Canon MAXIFY MB2020, MB2320, MB2120, MB2720, MB2350 and MB2050 inkjet printers. Match your printer’s model number against this list before choosing the pack. For someone who prints mostly black text, the three black cartridges provide a larger share of the set in that colour, a single-colour replacement, by contrast, makes more sense when only one specific ink needs replenishing.

Everyday use

For a home office or small workplace, the pack can cover routine letters, forms and other plain-paper documents alongside colour graphics. The separate colour cartridges let you replace the inks as needed, while the stated yields offer a practical reference when planning supplies: 1,200 pages per black cartridge and 900 per colour cartridge at 5% coverage. Pages with heavier ink coverage may use ink differently, so treat those figures as rated yields rather than a promise for every print job.

Buyer feedback points to a mix of experiences: some customers appreciate the fit and printer recognition, while opinions on colour accuracy and print quality vary. That makes this set a practical choice for compatible MAXIFY users looking for a multi-colour replacement supply, with their own printing needs in mind.

Buying verdict

For owners of a listed Canon MAXIFY printer who want black and colour replacements in one purchase, this nine-cartridge set offers a useful combination: three black inks for text-heavy printing, plus two of each colour for graphics and colour documents. Its stated per-cartridge yields help with supply planning, and the compatible format provides a replacement option for the specified printer models.
