## Description

For a tablet session on a road trip or a school lesson at home, the iClever BTH18 gives kids a choice of wireless or wired listening. Bluetooth 5.3 supports wireless connections, while the included 3.5 mm audio cable offers a direct option. Colourful LED lights, a built-in microphone and foldable ear cups add useful touches for everyday listening.

## Quick overview
Designed for kids, toddlers and teens, these over-ear headphones combine an adjustable fit with ear cups that swivel 90° for easier positioning and storage. SafeSound Tech offers 74 dBA and 85 dBA volume-limit settings, with 85 dBA specified for wired mode. That gives families a way to choose a listening level while children enjoy stereo sound for music, cartoons, games or online lessons.

The rechargeable battery is rated for up to 43 hours of playtime with the lights off. USB-C charging keeps the charging connection simple, and Bluetooth or the included AUX cable lets the headphones suit different devices and situations. A built-in microphone also supports calls and online learning. The package includes the headphones, a USB-C cable, a 3.5 mm audio cable and a user manual.

Buyers often highlight the easy Bluetooth connection, comfortable fit, battery life and fun side lights. Feedback about durability is mixed, so gentle handling is a practical habit for children’s everyday gear.

## Practical tips
For the stated 43-hour playtime, use the headphones with the LED lights off, the lights are an optional visual feature. Recharge using the included USB-C cable. To use a device’s headphone jack, connect the included 3.5 mm cable instead of pairing over Bluetooth. The volume-limit options are designed to be changed using the headphone controls, follow the user manual for the button sequence.

## Usage tips
For a car journey, pair the headphones with a Bluetooth-enabled tablet or use the audio cable with a device that has a 3.5 mm input. At home, the microphone can support a child’s online class or call, while the over-ear design suits longer listening sessions with videos and music. The headphones are also foldable, which helps make them easier to pack between activities.

If you’re choosing between a wired-only pair and wireless headphones, the BTH18 offers both connection methods in one set. Bluetooth works with compatible tablets, iPads, Chromebooks and other Bluetooth devices, the 3.5 mm cable is another option for devices with an audio input. The age range listed for the headphones is 3–15 years, and the adjustable headband helps tailor the fit.

## Practical questions
**Can these headphones connect to a tablet or Chromebook?** Yes. They support Bluetooth 5.3 and are listed as compatible with tablets, iPads, Chromebooks and Bluetooth devices. For a device with a 3.5 mm input, use the included audio cable.

**Can a child use them without Bluetooth?** Yes. Connect the included 3.5 mm cable to a compatible audio input for wired listening. The headphones also have a built-in microphone for calls and online learning.

**How can you get the rated 43-hour playtime?** The 43-hour figure is specified with the LED lights off. The headphones recharge through USB-C using the included charging cable.

## Buying verdict
The iClever BTH18 suits families looking for kids’ over-ear headphones that can move between wireless listening and a wired connection. Volume-limit settings, a microphone, foldable construction and USB-C charging make them practical for travel, lessons and entertainment, while the LED lights give the design a playful detail. The dual connection options are especially useful when children switch between Bluetooth devices and equipment with a headphone jack.
