## Description

Keep remote controls, wireless accessories and everyday household devices powered with the HW TH-ICR713C rechargeable AAA lithium batteries. The four-pack provides a steady 1.5V output, while the included 4-in-1 USB-C cable lets you charge all four batteries at the same time from a USB power source.

With 1300mWh capacity per battery and more than 1,000 stated recharge cycles, this set offers a reusable alternative to single-use AAA batteries. USB-C charging also makes it practical to recharge from a laptop, power bank, wall charger or car charger.

## Why it’s worth it

The constant 1.5V output is designed for devices that rely on steady power, including remote controls, wireless keyboards and mice, LED flashlights, door sensors, wireless doorbells and children’s toys. Rather than keeping a supply of disposable cells on hand, you can recharge this four-pack and return it to everyday use. Its rechargeable format is especially handy for devices used regularly, where replacing batteries can become part of the routine.

Charging is straightforward: connect the included cable to a USB power source to charge the four cells together. The stated charging time is about 1.5 hours. Built-in protection covers overcharging, over-discharging, over-voltage, over-current, short circuits and overheating.

## Key takeaways

Each battery is rated at 1300mWh and provides 1.5V output. The set contains four rechargeable AAA lithium-ion batteries and a 4-in-1 USB-C charging cable. The manufacturer states more than 1,000 recharge cycles. Buyer feedback highlights the convenience of USB-C charging and reuse, while opinions on runtime, battery quality and charging consistency are mixed, individual experiences vary.

For a practical setup, keep the set with frequently used remotes or wireless accessories, then recharge the cells together when needed. This is a reusable AAA option for compatible everyday devices, rather than a general replacement for every battery-powered application. The manufacturer notes that rechargeable batteries limit sudden high-current output for safety, and recommends its disposable lithium batteries for camera flashes.

## Getting the most from it

Use the included cable to recharge the four batteries together from a suitable USB port, such as one on a laptop, power bank, wall charger or car charger. The built-in protection features support the charging process, and the compact cable-based setup avoids the need for a separate battery charger. Choose these cells for devices specified for AAA batteries and a 1.5V supply, such as remote controls, toys and wireless peripherals.

## What to clarify

**Which devices can use these AAA batteries?** They are intended for devices requiring a stable 1.5V output, including remote controls, wireless mice and keyboards, LED flashlights, smart-home sensors, toys and personal-care devices. The device must use AAA batteries.

**Can all four batteries be charged at once?** Yes. The included 4-in-1 USB-C cable is designed to charge the four batteries simultaneously from a USB power source.

**Are they suitable for a camera flash?** The manufacturer advises using disposable lithium batteries for camera flashes, which require quick bursts of power. These rechargeable cells are better suited to the listed everyday devices.

## Buying verdict

The HW TH-ICR713C is a useful fit for households looking to make regularly used AAA devices rechargeable. Its four-cell set, steady 1.5V output and included cable make it a convenient choice for powering remotes, wireless accessories, toys and other compatible everyday electronics.
