## Description

## Where it shines

For glass that needs more daytime privacy without a permanent adhesive, Haton YRSJMM offers a reflective, static-cling finish. Its black-silver film creates a mirror effect from the outside in daylight, while the indoor view remains clear. It also filters sunlight to reduce glare and is designed to block 90% of UV rays and 85% of infrared rays, helping make bright rooms more comfortable and protecting interiors from sun exposure.

Use it on flat, clean, smooth glass windows or doors at home or in an office. For example, it can add daytime privacy to a glass door or bathroom window while still letting in filtered daylight. The reflective effect depends on the difference in light levels: privacy is reduced after dark when indoor lights are on, so draw curtains at night when you need to keep the room private.

Buyers commonly praise the privacy and straightforward application, with some mentioning bathroom use. Feedback on how well the film stays in place and how long it lasts is mixed, so careful preparation and application matter. For a temporary alternative to bulky window coverings, its adhesive-free design makes removal and reuse part of the appeal.

## Quick overview

- Type: Reflective window film
- Size: 17.5" x 157.4"
- Material: Vinyl
- Colour: Black Silver
- Installation: Static cling

The film attaches to glass through static cling rather than glue. Apply it with plenty of water for a smooth attachment, it can be removed and reused without leaving sticky residue. Its long format gives you film to position across a window or glass door, with the reflective surface serving both a privacy and sun-filtering purpose. Compared with a fixed or adhesive-backed treatment, this approach is useful when you want a removable covering and the option to adjust or take it down.

## Usage tips

Start with glass that is clean, flat and smooth, then use generous amounts of water as you apply the film. Taking care over the surface and placement helps the static-cling layer attach smoothly. The film is intended for glass windows and doors in residential or office settings, so choose a suitable pane and plan the coverage before applying it. Its static-cling installation also makes it practical for spaces where a permanent adhesive finish is not wanted.

For daytime privacy, position the reflective side on the window as directed during installation and keep in mind that the effect changes with lighting. When the room is brighter than the outside, the mirror effect is less effective for privacy, close curtains after dark to preserve it. This simple routine lets the film serve as a daytime screen while the room’s existing window coverings handle privacy at night.

## Should you buy it?

Haton YRSJMM is a practical choice for anyone looking to add daytime privacy and filter sunlight on smooth glass without committing to a glue-based installation. The reflective black-silver finish, stated UV and infrared blocking, and removable static-cling application make it suited to windows and glass doors at home or in an office. Choose it when you want a discreet film treatment that can be applied with water and removed or reused as your needs change.
