## Description

## Fit and sizing

The kit measures 20.5 x 19.5 x 7.5 cm and combines cast-iron presses with wooden handles. Its round and rectangular shapes give you options for pressing burgers to suit the food and cooking surface. Use it on grills, griddles or skillets for indoor meals and outdoor barbecues.

The round press measures 6.69 inches, while the rectangular smasher measures 7.68 x 4.1 inches. The set also includes a 3-in-1 patty maker for shaping patties before cooking, plus parchment squares to place between food and press. That mix suits cooks who want more than a single flat press: shape patties with the maker, then use a press on the hot cooking surface for a thin smash-burger style.

## Pros

The weight of a cast-iron press helps apply pressure when flattening a patty against a hot grill, griddle or skillet. The grooved bottom is designed to disperse oils, and the wooden handles provide a practical grip while pressing. For a burger supper, shape portions with the patty maker, place them on the cooking surface, then press to create a thinner patty with edges that can crisp as it cooks.

Parchment squares help keep patties from sticking to the press during lifting, making it easier to remove the tool cleanly and move on to the next burger. The presses are also suited to foods beyond burgers, including steaks, bacon, schnitzel and sandwiches, so the kit can earn a place in everyday stovetop cooking as well as barbecue prep. Buyers have praised its usefulness for smash burgers and frying, and have also highlighted the set’s substantial feel, versatility and gift appeal.

## Is it worth it?

This kit brings patty shaping, two press shapes and parchment squares together for cooks who regularly make smash burgers and want tools for other griddle or skillet favourites, too. The round and rectangular presses give you a choice of shape, while the patty maker supports preparation before cooking. To care for the presses, hand-wash with mild soap and running water, dry immediately with a cloth or tissue, and store in a dry place. It’s a practical set for home cooks looking to press burgers and handle a wider range of grill and stovetop foods with the same kit.
