## Description

For adults who want focused support around the patellar tendon during sport or everyday movement, the GOUNOD B004 strap uses adjustable compression below the kneecap. The two-pack gives you a pair of black straps for activity and regular use. Choose a targeted patella band when you want support in this area rather than coverage from a full knee brace. Its buckle and silicone grip are designed to help keep the fit secure as you move.

## Product specs
Each strap is designed to sit below the kneecap and apply adjustable pressure around the patellar tendon. A buckle lets you set the tension to suit your leg and activity, while the silicone band is intended to help the strap stay in place during movement. The design is aimed at activities that load the knee through running, jumping, squatting or walking, including basketball, hiking, soccer, cycling and fitness training. It is also intended for everyday movement such as stair climbing and longer walks.

The product is listed for adults and comes as a two-pack in black. Its listed weight is 0.11 kg, with product dimensions of 19 x 19 x 1.7 centimetres. Hand wash the straps for care. The focused strap format is a practical alternative to a brace that covers more of the knee: it concentrates support around the patellar tendon while leaving the rest of the knee less covered.

## Getting the most from it
Position the band below the kneecap, then use the adjustable buckle to find a secure, comfortable level of tension before starting your activity. For a basketball session, run or gym workout, this gives you a way to add targeted support while keeping your setup simple. The same focused design can suit walks and daily routines where the patellar area needs support. Re-adjust the buckle as needed to maintain a comfortable fit, and hand wash the strap after use according to its care instructions.

Buyers commonly describe the support as useful for walking and report relief from pressure and discomfort. Feedback on fit and comfort is mixed: some find the strap comfortable and well positioned, while others say it can slip or feel uncomfortable against the skin. Some buyers also report durability concerns. These experiences can help set expectations, while the product’s adjustable buckle and silicone grip are intended to support a secure fit during movement.

## Usage tips
Use the strap for activities where focused support below the kneecap fits your needs, such as running, basketball, hiking or squats. Adjust it while standing and moving gently so the band stays in position without excessive tightness. The two-pack suits people who want a pair of straps available for regular sports and everyday use. Wash by hand, then allow the straps to dry before wearing them again.

## Final verdict
The GOUNOD B004 is a straightforward choice for adults seeking an adjustable patellar tendon strap rather than a full-knee brace. Its two-pack format, buckle adjustment and silicone grip make it relevant for sports with repeated knee movement as well as walking and stair climbing. If you want focused support around the patellar tendon, this strap offers a simple way to add it to an active routine.
