## Description

At 8.5 x 5.5 inches, this notebook is sized for carrying in a child’s backpack. Its reversible sequin cover shifts between rainbow and silver as the sequins are flipped. Inside, 160 lined pages offer space for writing, drawing and notes. A sewn binding and hardcover give it a practical format for everyday use.

## How it fits

This journal suits children who want a notebook for school writing, personal thoughts or creative activities. Its portable size makes it easy to take along in a backpack, so it can be used for notes on the go as well as at a desk. The lined pages provide a guide for writing, while still leaving room for drawing and sketching.

The cover adds an interactive detail beyond a plain notebook: children can move the sequins to change the colour from rainbow to silver or create patterns, letters and numbers. That gives the journal a personal touch before they even start filling its pages. It’s a good fit if a child would enjoy combining everyday writing with a hands-on cover they can arrange themselves.

## What you’ll notice day to day

The smooth pages are designed for writing and drawing, making the journal useful for different kinds of creative expression. Children can use it to record memories, jot down ideas, sketch or take notes for school. With 160 lined pages, there is room to keep a collection of entries together rather than spreading them across several small notebooks.

The sewn binding lets the notebook open flat across both pages, which makes the writing or drawing area easier to use. Its hardcover construction and lightweight design are suited to regular handling and carrying in a child’s backpack. Compared with a basic notebook, this one adds reversible sequins and a cover children can decorate by flipping them, for a straightforward school notebook, the lined pages still serve familiar writing needs.

It can also make a thoughtful gift for a child who likes journaling, drawing or personalizing their belongings. The rainbow-and-silver effect gives the cover a playful look, while the lined interior keeps the notebook useful for school and everyday ideas.
