For anyone comparing a model-specific replacement with a universal charger, this adapter’s appeal is its stated fit with a range of Dell laptop families and its 130W output. It is also described as supporting devices that use 90W, 65W or 45W USB-C chargers.

## Why it makes sense

A 130W output gives this charger a clear role as a replacement for compatible Dell laptops that need USB-C power. The connector keeps the setup straightforward: connect the USB-C lead to the laptop and use the supplied power cord with the adapter. Its charging indicator provides a visible cue at the adapter, while the listed fast-charging and short-circuit protection features add useful charging-focused details.

Compatibility names include XPS 15 models 9500, 9510, 9520, 9530 and 9575, as well as XPS 17 models 9700, 9710 and 9720. The Precision list includes models such as the 5550, 5560, 5570, 5750 and 5760, listed Latitude examples include the 7310 and 7410. The source also names additional models across these families. Since buyer feedback includes reports of compatibility issues with some laptops, including the Precision 5560, match the exact model and USB-C charging requirement before choosing this adapter.

## Quick overview

The charger is rated at 130W, with a maximum output current of 6.5A, and has one USB-C charging connection. It is a corded electric power adapter, supplied with an AC adapter and power cord. The black enclosure is made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Its stated dimensions are 14.27 x 6.48 x 2.39 cm and its weight is 410 g, useful details when planning where to keep it at a workstation or pack it for travel.

Buyers commonly describe the adapter as functional and appreciate its charging speed and build. These comments are best treated as individual experiences, while the laptop’s exact model and charging requirements remain the practical basis for checking fit.
