## Description

For a grounding routine at your desk, beside the bed or on the couch, this GAYA two-pack gives you a dedicated mat for everyday use. Each mat measures 24 x 16 inches and has a three-layer construction, with a skin-friendly PU surface, a conductive carbon centre and a non-slip base.

Two 15-foot cords make it practical to set up mats in the spots where you spend time sitting or resting. The built-in 100K Ohm safety resistors are designed to protect against electrical surges.

## Quick overview

This set is intended for grounding use at home, with placement options that include a bed, desk or couch. The smooth PU top provides the contact surface, while the conductive carbon layer sits between it and the non-slip base. That layered design keeps the mat suited to everyday placement without taking the form of a full-bed sheet.

The package is described as including the mats, two cords, a manual, grounding resources and tube packaging. For setup, snap a cord into a mat corner and connect it to a grounded outlet. The listed setup requires no adapters for use in the US or Canada. A grounded outlet is part of the intended connection, so choose a convenient location with access to one.

## Size & fit

At 24 x 16 inches, each mat offers a defined surface that can be positioned where you want to place your feet or use the mat as part of your routine. Keep it beside a desk chair for seated work, or place it near a bed or couch for a resting spot. Its non-slip underside helps it stay in position on the surface where it is set.

The two-mat format gives you more than one placement option around the home. Rather than covering a whole bed, a mat offers a smaller, movable grounding surface that can be placed near the activity you have in mind. Want a setup that can move between work and rest areas? The two cords and compact mat format make that arrangement straightforward.

## Practical tips

Attach each cord at the mat’s corner, then connect it to a grounded outlet following the manual. Route the cord so it reaches the chosen spot without crossing a busy walkway. This makes it easier to keep a mat ready by a desk, bed or couch and to move it when your daily routine changes.

The mats are designed for regular use, and the product guidance suggests using one for 30 minutes or more daily. Grounding is described as subtle over time, rather than an effect to expect immediately. The PU top, conductive carbon centre and non-slip base bring the contact surface, conductive layer and floor-facing grip together in one mat.

## When it makes sense

This set suits someone looking for a defined grounding surface for everyday routines in more than one area of the home. Use a mat by your desk during seated work, keep one near the bed for a resting routine, or place it beside a couch. The two-cord setup supports having mats available in separate spots, while the 15-foot cord length provides reach to the selected outlet.

If you want a portable alternative to a larger grounding sheet, these mats offer a smaller format that can be positioned around your routine. Their layered construction, non-slip base and included cords make them a practical fit for desk, bed or couch use.
