## Description

Some notebooks are for quick, disposable notes, others are made to keep plans, reflections and work in one place. This FOCUS DAY set pairs two A5 hardcover journals with lined, 100 gsm paper, giving you a practical format for everyday writing at a desk, in class or on the go.

The brown-and-black covers give the pair a simple, coordinated look, while details such as an elastic closure, pen loop and inner pocket help keep your writing essentials together.

## Who it’s for
Choose this set for work notes, study, journaling, travel writing or personal planning. Having two notebooks makes it easy to separate subjects—for example, keeping one for daily work and the other for personal reflections—or to keep a spare ready for a new project. The A5 size is designed to be easy to carry, and the hardcover format gives each notebook a firm surface for writing when you are away from a desk.

The lined pages suit organised notes and longer entries, while the 7 mm spacing gives handwriting a clear structure. A 180° lay-flat design helps keep the page open as you write, whether you are left- or right-handed. The ribbon bookmark helps you return to a current entry, and the elastic band keeps the notebook closed between uses.

## Why it makes sense
A set of two is useful when you want separate notebooks without changing formats or paper styles. Each journal has 160 pages, for 320 pages across the pair. The 100 gsm ivory paper is described as no-bleed and suitable for most pens, offering a substantial writing surface for notes, lists and journal entries. The inner pocket can hold loose papers, and the pen loop keeps a writing tool close at hand. Each notebook also comes with a multi-colour index label sticker.

Buyers commonly praise the journals’ appearance, paper feel and usefulness for work notes and journaling. Those impressions align with a straightforward, functional design: lined pages, a compact A5 format and practical details for keeping a notebook ready to use. It makes sense if you want a matched pair for two different parts of your routine rather than one notebook for everything.

## Quick overview
- Type: Two-pack of lined hardcover journals
- Size: A5
- Pages: 160 per notebook, 320 total
- Paper: 100 gsm, ivory, lined with 7 mm spacing
- Cover: Leather
- Colours: Brown and black
- Features: Elastic band, pen loop, ribbon bookmark, inner pocket and 180° lay-flat design

For a typical day, use one journal to capture meeting notes and task lists, then keep the second for planning or personal writing. The bookmark makes it easier to pick up where you left off, while the pocket offers a place for small loose notes. Compared with choosing a single notebook and dividing every page between topics, two separate journals give each purpose its own space while keeping the same size and format.

## Buying verdict
This FOCUS DAY set is a practical fit for students, professionals and writers who want two portable, lined notebooks for distinct uses. Its combination of 100 gsm paper, a lay-flat design and everyday storage features supports comfortable note-taking and regular journaling, while the brown-and-black pair also works well as a considered gift for someone who writes, studies or plans by hand.
