## Description

Set up a home strength session for presses, rows or core work with the FLYBIRD 99 adjustable weight bench. Its flat, incline and decline positions let you adapt the bench to different exercises without switching to a separate fixed bench for each angle.

The backrest, seat and leg supports offer 96 combined settings. That range makes it easier to find a position suited to movements such as shoulder presses, incline flyes and decline sit-ups.

When training is done, fold the bench for storage. Its alloy steel frame, textured leather surface and locking safety pin are practical features for regular home workouts.

## Getting the most from it

Choose a backrest and seat position for the movement you plan to do, then secure the adjustment with the safety pull pin before starting. The deepened lock slot is designed to hold the backrest in place during exercise. For a session that moves between chest, shoulder, back and abdominal work, the multiple backrest, seat and leg-support positions make it possible to adjust the bench as your routine changes.

The textured leather surface is designed to provide a firm grip, including during sweaty strength sessions. That can help you stay settled on the padding as you focus on controlled repetitions. A practical home routine might move from an incline press to rows, then finish with decline sit-ups, using the bench’s adjustment range to support each exercise.

## Where it shines

This bench suits a home gym where one piece of equipment needs to serve several training angles. A fixed flat bench keeps the setup simple for flat pressing, while the FLYBIRD adds incline, upright and decline positions for a broader range of exercises. It also folds for storage, making it easier to reclaim floor space between workouts, the design is stated to save up to 90% of space.

The steel frame and reinforced triangular structure support a stated maximum load capacity of 340.19 kg. The bench is also designed at a 44 cm competition-style height, a detail intended to support leg drive and reracking during bench presses. Together, these features make it suited to strength sessions where a stable base and adjustable angles are useful.

## Should you buy it?

It makes sense if you want one bench for a varied home strength routine rather than a fixed bench for a single training angle. The 96 combinations give you options for flat, incline, upright and decline exercises, while the folding design helps keep your training area manageable between sessions. For presses, rows, flyes and core work at home, the FLYBIRD 99 brings adjustment, a locking backrest and a steel frame together in one bench.
