## Description

The 140 LED layout gives this red light pad a broad 52 x 28 cm surface for placing over areas such as the waist, abdomen, back, shoulder or leg. Its combination of 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared light, plus adjustable brightness and session timing, lets you tailor a routine at home or use the pad while travelling.

Choose between a steady setting and two frequency modes, then secure the pad with its adjustable straps. It’s designed for focused coverage across a body area, rather than the smaller treatment surface of a compact handheld light.

## Best use cases

Use the pad when you want a hands-free light session over a larger area than a small, targeted device can cover. The 52 x 28 cm format is suited to positioning around the waist or abdomen, and the adjustable straps also let you secure it around the back, shoulder or leg. This makes it practical for settling into a session at home, or for keeping a light pad routine portable between locations.

The included adapter provides a power option for home use, while the USB connection can be used with a power bank or laptop. Set the pad in place, choose a mode and brightness, and select a timer that suits the session you have planned. The automatic shut-off at the end of the selected time helps keep the routine straightforward.

## Benefits

The two wavelengths serve distinct roles in the product’s design: 660 nm red light is intended for the skin’s surface, while 850 nm near-infrared light is described as reaching deeper. Together, they give you a dual-wavelength format in one pad, without needing to switch between separate light devices.

Three modes offer a choice between steady light, 10 Hz and 40 Hz frequency settings. Five brightness levels add another way to adjust a session to your comfort. With nine timer choices from 10 to 90 minutes, you can set a defined duration instead of keeping track of the time yourself. The flexible shape and straps help hold the pad against the selected area while you relax or continue a quiet activity.

## Key features

The pad has 140 LED beads across a 52 x 28 cm surface. It combines 660 nm red light with 850 nm near-infrared light and offers three modes: steady, 10 Hz and 40 Hz. Brightness is adjustable across five settings, and the timer has nine presets: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 minutes, followed by automatic shut-off. An included adapter and USB power option support use in different settings. Adjustable straps secure the pad around the waist, back, shoulder or leg.

## Should you buy it?

This pad is a practical match if you want a larger, strap-on light format for routine use across several body areas, with controls that let you set the mode, brightness and session length. Its combination of 140 LEDs, two wavelengths and selectable power options makes it especially useful for people who value flexible placement and a defined session—whether they’re using it at home or bringing it along for use elsewhere.
