FEREDO KIDS Rainbow Scratch Art Notebooks, 16-Pack with Stencils and Wooden Styluses

Some party bags need a small activity children can start right away, others are better filled with treats or toys. The FEREDO KIDS rainbow scratch art set takes the activity-first approach, with notebooks and tools for making colourful designs.

The pack is presented for Halloween, birthdays and classroom rewards. Its eight Halloween-themed designs give the notebooks a seasonal look, while the scratch-art format can also suit occasions where a hands-on party favour is more useful than a sweet.

There is one detail to account for before planning your bags: the product information gives conflicting counts for the gift bags, listing both 16 and 18. The notebook, stylus and stencil counts are each stated as 16.

At a glance

The set includes 16 scratch notebooks, 16 wooden styluses, 16 drawing stencils and a gift box. The pages have a black coating that children scratch away to reveal rainbow-coloured lines. The stencils provide another way to make shapes, but freehand doodling is also possible. The notebooks are described as having eight different Halloween patterns.

That combination makes this more of an activity kit than a simple bag filler: children can use it for drawing, doodling or notes, and the separate tools give them more than one way to approach the page. The manufacturer recommends it for ages 36 months to 12 years. Product dimensions are listed as 20.32 x 17.78 x 5.08 cm.

Buyer feedback often highlights that children enjoy the booklets and that the designs look cute as classroom or party gifts. Comments about the included accessories and the size are mixed, however, so the positive impressions do not guarantee that every pack will match each buyer’s expectations. The conflicting gift-bag count in the product details is worth bearing in mind when preparing a set number of favours.

Size & fit

The listed dimensions give a useful sense of the item’s footprint, but they do not tell you how large each individual page or stencil is. Some buyers describe the booklets as smaller than expected, while others find the size suitable for party bags. If the activity needs to occupy children for a long stretch, this compact notebook format may be less suitable than a larger, more involved art project.

A solid pick if you want a ready-made creative favour for a Halloween gathering, birthday party or classroom activity. For an event with a specific bag count, keep in mind that the listing is inconsistent about how many gift bags are included rather than assuming the count is settled.

How to use it

Children scratch the black surface with a wooden stylus to uncover the rainbow lines beneath. They can use the included stencils to add shapes or draw freely, making the set straightforward to hand out at a party or keep on hand as a classroom reward. It may also provide a simple drawing activity for travel, as suggested in the product information.

The format suits short, self-directed creative moments better than a project that needs detailed instructions or a broader range of art materials. If you are organizing favours, the notebooks, styluses and stencils are counted separately in the description, but the gift-bag quantity is not stated consistently.

Final verdict

This set is worth considering when you want a themed, hands-on alternative to sweets for children at a party or in a classroom. Its appeal is the simple scratch-to-reveal activity, with stencils for added shape-making and Halloween artwork for a seasonal touch. You may want to skip it if exact gift-bag quantities or a larger drawing surface are essential, since the bag count is inconsistent and some buyers have found the booklets smaller than expected.
