Feandrea UPGW281G01 Medium Orthopaedic Dog Bed, Egg Crate Foam, Waterproof Liner

Egg crate foam provides firm, even support while promoting airflow, giving your dog a comfortable place to settle indoors. This medium Feandrea bed pairs a padded sleeping surface with raised, cushioned edges where a dog can rest its head and neck. A lowered front entrance makes getting on and off easier.

Choose it for a cosy, sofa-style resting spot rather than a simple flat mat. The removable cover and non-slip base also make it practical for everyday use around the home, in a kennel or in a dog crate.

Spec sheet

• Name: Medium orthopaedic dog sofa bed
• Size: 76 x 51 x 18 cm
• Colour: Light Gray
• Materials: Flannel, velvet, TPU waterproof liner, non-slip fabric, egg crate foam and PP filling
• Care: Removable cover is machine washable, the padding is not washable

The foam supports your dog across the bed, while the PP-filled raised edges add a softer place to lean or curl up. The centre cover has a TPU waterproof backing to help protect the bed from small accidents. Rubber dots on the base help keep it in place, whether it sits on a floor or inside a crate. Soft flannel and velvet give the sleeping surface a comfortable feel, with the fabric’s appearance shifting slightly with the direction of the pile.

Getting the most from it

Place the bed indoors where your dog likes to rest, with the lowered entrance facing an accessible side. It suits dogs who prefer an edge to rest against as well as a supportive surface to lie on. For a more open sleeping style, a flat mat offers a different feel, this sofa-style design adds bolstered sides and a defined resting area.

To assemble it, unzip the cover, insert the removable foam through the opening and adjust it before closing the zip. The bed arrives vacuum-packed, shake and fluff it for use, then leave it out for 48 hours to reach its full size. For cleaning, remove the cover and machine wash it in warm water at no more than 40°C. Keep the inner padding out of the wash and the bed away from heat sources of 40°C and above.

Buyers often highlight the cosy feel and the convenience of a removable, washable cover. Feedback on size and durability varies, so measuring your dog and comparing its resting space with the bed’s dimensions can help you choose the right fit for your home.

Questions before you buy

Can the whole bed go in the washing machine? The cover is removable and machine washable. The egg crate foam and inner filling are not washable, so remove them before laundering the cover.

Where can I use this bed? It is intended for indoor use and can be placed at home, in a kennel or in a dog crate. Its non-slip rubber dots help the base stay put on the floor.

How long should the bed rest after unpacking? Fluff and shake it after opening. Leaving it out for 48 hours allows it to reach its full size.

Is it worth it?
