## Description

For a quick temperature check at home, the FACEIL AOJ-20A offers forehead and ear measurement in one device. Its infrared design takes a reading in one second. Large display digits and two-button controls keep everyday operation straightforward. It also includes an object-temperature mode for household checks.

## Who it’s for
This thermometer is suited to households that want one device for adults and children, with a choice of forehead or ear measurement. The touchless forehead mode provides a way to take a reading without placing the thermometer against the skin. Ear mode offers a second measurement method, remove the probe cover for tympanic measurement, as directed in the product instructions.

It suits you if you value simple controls and want to keep track of readings at home. For example, a caregiver can take a forehead reading, check the stored readings later, or switch to ear mode when that method is preferred. The object mode adds a separate way to check the temperature of household objects, so the thermometer has uses beyond body-temperature checks.

## Pros
The one-second response helps make a temperature check a quick part of a busy routine. A fever alarm provides an alert during measurement, while the memory function stores up to 40 sets of readings. That makes it easier to refer back to recent results without having to record each one separately.

Two buttons manage the thermometer’s functions, including measurement modes, memory, mute and the Celsius/Fahrenheit switch. The large digits are designed to be easy to read at a glance. If you’re comparing it with a single-mode thermometer, the practical distinction is the added choice of forehead, ear and object modes in one unit.

## Key features
The AOJ-20A uses infrared measurement and supports forehead, ear and object modes. Its body-temperature and object-temperature functions are distinct, giving you a dedicated setting for each type of check. For ear readings, remove the probe cover for tympanic measurement. The display uses an LCD, and the white plastic body can be wiped clean according to the care instructions.

The thermometer is battery powered and comes with two AAA batteries, a storage pouch and user manuals in English and French. The pouch helps keep the device together between uses, while the two measurement methods let you choose how to take a reading. Mute and temperature-unit switching are also available through the controls.

## Is it worth it?
The FACEIL AOJ-20A brings several useful household functions together: quick infrared readings, forehead and ear measurement, an object mode, an alarm and memory for up to 40 sets. Its two-button design makes those functions accessible without a complicated control layout. For families and caregivers who want a compact thermometer for routine indoor checks, it’s a practical choice when flexibility between forehead and ear readings matters.
