Enya travel acoustic guitar, 35-inch

If you need an acoustic guitar that can come along on a commute or a trip, rather than a larger instrument that mainly stays at home, the Enya Nova Go is built around portability. Its 35-inch carbon-fibre body weighs 3.7 lbs, and the listing says the material is designed to resist moisture and changes in temperature and humidity.

That makes it a travel-focused choice, not simply a smaller everyday guitar.

What to know

The Nova Go uses a one-piece moulded carbon-fibre body and zero-fret design. Enya also describes its sound as clear, with enhanced bass response and articulate treble, though the listing doesn’t provide measurements or comparisons to confirm how it will sound in a particular room. If tone is your main deciding factor, it’s worth listening for yourself before choosing.

For beginners, the listing points to an ergonomic neck profile and polished fret edges intended to make playing more comfortable. A hex wrench is included for adjusting string action, which may be useful as playing preferences change. Keep in mind that the compact 35-inch format is a different physical experience from a full-size guitar, choose it for easier carrying, not if matching a full-size feel is your priority.

Best use cases

This guitar makes sense for travel, casual practice away from home, or keeping an instrument handy when storage space is limited. Picture taking it out of its bag at a campsite or during a visit with family: the lighter frame is the practical draw, while the included strap makes it easier to carry between stops.

It suits you if you want an acoustic guitar with a travel-sized build and accessories in the package. It may not be the best choice if your first priority is a full-size instrument or you need detailed sound specifications before buying. Given its design, portability is the clearest reason to consider it, claims about sound quality are less specific.

Tips for day-to-day use

The package includes a guitar bag, strap, cleaning cloth and spare strings, as well as the hex wrench. That gives you useful basics for carrying and routine care without having to source every accessory separately. The listing also presents the guitar as suitable for adults and beginners, but it doesn’t specify string type or other setup details, so check what matters to your playing before ordering.

Although the body is described as moisture-resistant and less vulnerable to temperature and humidity fluctuations than wood, that does not mean the guitar needs no care. Use the bag for transport, and follow the maker’s care guidance rather than assuming the material makes every environment harmless.

Before you decide

What comes in the package? The listed accessories are a guitar bag, strap, cleaning cloth, spare strings and a hex wrench.

Can the string action be adjusted? The listing says the included hex wrench can be used to personalize string action, it doesn’t give adjustment steps or a range.

Is it intended for beginners? Yes. Enya describes the neck profile and polished fret edges as beginner-friendly, while also positioning the guitar for adult players.

Is it worth it?

The Nova Go is worth considering if carrying convenience, a 3.7 lbs weight and a carbon-fibre body matter more to you than a full-size format. Its included bag and basic accessories add practical value for travel and casual practice. Skip it if you’re shopping primarily for a full-size playing feel or need detailed, independently verifiable sound information: the product details focus more on portability and construction than on measurable acoustic performance.
