## Description

For homemade pie filling, candy or drinks, Elo's Premium Clear Jel powder offers a food-grade ingredient for thickening and emulsifying. Its stated uses span several kinds of recipes, so one package can serve more than a single preparation. The powder is packaged in Canada and is described as non-GMO and gluten-free.

## Practical tips
Use Clear Jel when a recipe calls for a thickener or emulsifying agent. It is listed for pie filling, candy and drinks, giving home cooks a versatile ingredient for both sweet preparations and beverages. For example, it can be considered when preparing pie filling at home or working through a canning recipe that calls for Clear Jel. The recipe remains the guide for how to use the ingredient in that preparation.

This is a powder ingredient for making recipes yourself, rather than a ready-made pie filling or drink mix. That makes it a useful choice when you want to prepare the filling or drink as part of your own cooking. Its two stated functions—thickening and emulsifying—also give it a role beyond one specific recipe category.

## What you’ll notice day to day
The 227 g (8 oz) package gives you a clearly sized amount to keep with baking and pantry ingredients. Its listed applications make it easy to consider for different projects, from pie filling to candy or drinks, without treating it as a product for only one type of recipe. The non-GMO and gluten-free descriptions are useful details when choosing ingredients for a recipe or household pantry.

Buyers describe the product positively for quality and functionality, with comments that it works as intended, including in canning recipes. These are buyer impressions rather than a guarantee of results, follow the directions for the particular recipe you’re preparing.
