## Description

Some occasions call for ice on demand rather than a supply planned well in advance. The ecozy IM-BS260C is a portable countertop ice maker for home use, parties and camping.

It makes nine bullet-shaped cubes in a six-minute cycle, with production of up to 26 lbs in 24 hours. That quick cycle helps keep drinks supplied as guests arrive or during an evening at home.

Choose between two ice sizes for different uses: smaller cubes for seafood and beer, or larger cubes for beverages. Self-cleaning and included ice bags and scoop make the machine practical to use and manage.

## Usage tips

Select the small or large ice setting to suit what you are serving. For a gathering, the short cycles let you make ice as it is needed, the machine can produce up to 26 lbs over 24 hours. Infrared sensors pause production when the basket is full, and a low-water reminder indicates when it needs water.

Ice in the basket will melt if left unused. To keep it for later, transfer the cubes with the scoop into the included ice bags and place them in a refrigerator. The self-cleaning function circulates water through the machine, wash it before long-term storage and make sure the inside is dry.

## Where it shines

This model suits occasions when a countertop machine can make fresh batches nearby, rather than relying on ice purchased ahead of time. At a party, the six-minute cycle helps replenish drinks during the event, for camping, its portable design offers a way to make ice at the site. The two sizes also add flexibility, from chilling seafood to serving cold drinks.

Buyers often highlight its speed and portability, while feedback is mixed on noise and ice production. Some also raise concerns about durability and how quickly collected ice melts. The basket is for holding ice as it is made, so moving cubes to the refrigerator in the supplied bags is a useful part of keeping them for later.

## Buying verdict

Choose the ecozy IM-BS260C if you want a portable countertop machine for making ice in short cycles at home, at a party or while camping. Its two ice sizes, self-cleaning function and included scoop and bags make it a practical fit for serving drinks and handling ice after each batch.
