Duracell’s four-pack is designed for high-use electronics such as gaming controllers, wireless devices and baby monitors. Each battery is pre-charged, so the set is ready to use when you need AA power. The NiMH cells are rechargeable and work with a NiMH charger, giving you a practical way to keep frequently used devices supplied. Long-Life Ion Core technology is designed to provide lasting power between charges. That makes this set useful for everyday devices that draw on their batteries often, as well as for keeping a charged set on hand for household needs. ## Best use cases Use these AA batteries in compatible devices that get regular use, including video game controllers, baby monitors, wireless electronics, TV remotes, toys and wireless mice. A controller used for regular gaming, for example, can be powered by rechargeable cells that are ready to go out of the package and can be recharged for continued use. They can also serve as a backup power source for household devices when you want charged AA cells available. The main choice is between rechargeable batteries and disposable AAs. For devices used often, rechargeable cells can be put back into service after charging, disposable batteries suit a different approach, where cells are replaced rather than recharged. These Duracell batteries are designed for use with a NiMH charger, so match the charger and the device’s battery type to the cells. ## Why it’s worth it Pre-charged batteries make it easier to get started without waiting for an initial charge. When they run down, the rechargeable design lets you charge them again rather than treating each use as the end of the battery’s service. Duracell states that the batteries are guaranteed for 10 years in storage or 400 recharges, whichever comes first, and that they can hold a charge for up to one year when not in use. Those details are useful when planning for devices used regularly and for keeping a charged set ready between occasions. The four-count format provides a small set of AA cells for devices that use this size. Buyers often praise the batteries’ functionality and versatility, while feedback is mixed on battery life, recharging, value and compatibility. For a consistent fit in everyday use, choose them for equipment designed for AA NiMH batteries and charge them with a NiMH charger. ## What to know These are 1.2-volt, rechargeable NiMH AA batteries, supplied in a four-count pack and pre-charged. Their intended applications include gaming controllers, baby monitors, cameras, toys, TV remotes and wireless mice. Use a NiMH-compatible charger when recharging, and follow the requirements of the device being powered. The storage and recharge figures are Duracell’s stated guarantee terms, actual use will depend on the device and charging routine. ## Buying verdict Choose the Duracell 5004620 set when you need four pre-charged AA batteries for frequently used compatible electronics and want cells that can be recharged for repeated use. Their ready-to-use format, NiMH chemistry and stated storage and recharge guarantee make them especially practical for controllers, monitors and other household devices that rely on AA power. ## Images ![Duracell 5004620 Rechargeable AA NiMH Batteries, 4-Pack, Pre-Charged — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/c9O97KSJBXPWdH4iyg0lzWwn-BvS8huIx4qHanqvR5PaCRAcV9Qb_PCUKIhoUoBxsNaTKePK1nJwckWw-oQ-dN5eAov2Ym0Wu28wFSHDkYI8Z87VCAFCHsRMhw.jpg) ![Duracell 5004620 Rechargeable AA NiMH Batteries, 4-Pack, Pre-Charged — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/vJemYq8CjTFEXx6Ay5EcS9D2MnUl7kb-wSbAYauPVUvTGHfJyuXwdsRiXBS9_WMHzBJK5RH2D6PC3WI2h35Kb2HU7XU3eTIlLMN7_4nJYG57J3LkwYQx5vi9aQ.jpg) ![Duracell 5004620 Rechargeable AA NiMH Batteries, 4-Pack, Pre-Charged — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/Potlbl96oSJQktn70CfgtnNWi9Uwd1wZ1F8SaL9VWuTjQnC7Srly4iomt2fmzIH_pEfydJErZXAUXKZ8YeileJronC7u9Pl8YC_Nfgeq567f-zKogY9LO-Kuug.jpg) ![Duracell 5004620 Rechargeable AA NiMH Batteries, 4-Pack, Pre-Charged — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/PI_Qq7DKZ-eXOk-40lrmk7TRkR-AnM0_wnIvz72YHv8cQ6Gmg65eo_AZbnh4mPYrnQSUmJ7bipmpfZ5kE6v63wqvxVS7kit_sDxejtu1jKINrLrik-OKOzL63w.jpg) ![Duracell 5004620 Rechargeable AA NiMH Batteries, 4-Pack, Pre-Charged — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/pZeOeBvDqMIVS_UfBRnMTf1SQUNegaZQjzHIeRqmCIZQztV3A45--EC2z80Vhn4A4u0xVHjp5EihGf7cycXdCmHrIv0IU7umD8t8-NZOlvdvESfiSXn2JyODRw.jpg)
