Dripex 124 x 124 cm Baby Playpen with Mat, Mesh Sides, Beige

The 124.5 x 124.5 cm Dripex baby playpen creates a roomy square space for indoor or outdoor play. Its beige finish and breathable mesh sides make it easy to place in a living room, nursery or another family area.

A play mat is included, along with colourful play balls and pull-up rings. This gives little ones a defined spot for crawling, playing and practising standing, without needing to source those play pieces separately.

The playpen combines 210D Oxford cloth, breathable mesh and metal pipes. A zippered door on the outside helps keep the entry point secure, while see-through sides let adults keep the child in view.

Key points

The square layout provides a clear play area, with listed dimensions of 124.5 x 124.5 x 64.8 cm and a floor area of 1.54 square metres. The included mat gives the play space a defined base, while the play balls and pull-up rings add options for hands-on play and standing practice. The playpen is listed for toddlers, with a stated age range of 6 months to 3 years and a maximum weight recommendation of 15 kg.

The mesh panels support visibility from different sides, which is useful when the playpen is set up nearby during everyday routines. Buyers often describe the playard as spacious and straightforward to assemble, and mention its sturdy feel. These are customer impressions rather than a substitute for following the product’s use guidance.

Compared with a basic barrier that only marks off a space, this playpen brings together an enclosed play area, a mat and play accessories. That combination is useful when you want a dedicated spot for toys, books and active play in one setup.

Maintenance

The Oxford cloth is described as washable and easy to clean. For everyday spills such as milk or urine, the care guidance recommends wiping the fabric with a damp cloth and soap. This simple routine helps keep the play area ready for regular use.

Tips for day-to-day use

Set the playpen on a suitable level surface and arrange it where the mesh sides remain visible to the supervising adult. The outside-zippered door provides a practical access point for helping a toddler in and out. In a living room, for example, the playpen can keep favourite toys and play balls together while a child crawls or practises standing with the pull-up rings.

The same square format can be used in a bedroom or nursery, or taken to an outdoor play area when appropriate. Follow the stated maximum weight recommendation and the product’s setup and use guidance as your child grows.
