DOESLAG SL0155 2-in-1 Solar Planter Light, Waterproof, Wall-Mount or Freestanding

For gardeners who want outdoor lighting and a place for flowers in one feature, the DOESLAG SL0155 combines a solar lamp post light with a planter. Its black, modern design suits a garden, patio, deck, pathway or front porch, while the planter gives you room to add greenery alongside the light.

Use it as a freestanding planter or mount it on a wall with the provided accessories. When set up on the ground, filling the planter with soil and plants helps keep it stable in windy weather.

Technical overview

The solar-powered light has four solar panels and an automatic dusk-to-dawn setting. With the switch turned on, it lights up at dusk and turns off at dawn. The product information gives a charging time of 6 to 8 hours for 10 to 12 hours of illumination, making it useful for adding light to outdoor spaces after dark without relying on a mains power connection.

The downlight adds a warm accent to an entry or garden area, while the glass shade and crystal embellishment bring a decorative detail to the black fixture. A toggle switch controls the automatic lighting function, so you can set it to operate from dusk to dawn. Its waterproof construction is intended for outdoor use in different weather conditions.

Would you prefer a single feature that combines planting space and light rather than arranging them separately? This design brings both functions together, helping create a more cohesive look around a patio, path or entrance.

Who it’s for

This planter light suits anyone looking to add a small decorative lighting feature while displaying flowers or other plants outdoors. On a patio, it can help define a seating area, by a front porch, it can add a softly lit focal point, and along a garden path, it can contribute ambient light after sunset. Choose the freestanding setup when you want the planter on the ground, or use the wall-mounted option to place it on a suitable wall. It makes sense if you want planting and solar lighting in one outdoor accessory rather than choosing a separate planter and lamp.

What you get

The listed components are a bulb and the solar post lamp. Wall-mounting accessories are also described for the wall-mounted setup, and installation instructions are included. For ground placement, fill the planter with soil and add your chosen plants. Turn the switch to “ON” to activate the automatic dusk-to-dawn lighting cycle.

Is it worth it?

The SL0155 is a practical choice for adding a planted feature and warm-white solar lighting in one piece. Its two placement options make it adaptable to a garden, patio or entrance, while the automatic lighting cycle keeps evening use straightforward. If you’re choosing between separate outdoor décor and lighting or a combined feature, this planter lamp offers a clear way to bring both into the same spot.
