Deziliao D0005 Hardcover Notebook, A5, 100 gsm Ruled Paper, Black

If you need a portable notebook for work notes, planning or journalling, the Deziliao D0005 keeps writing essentials together in a compact hardcover format. Its A5 size measures 5.7 x 8.4 inches, with 160 ruled pages of 100 gsm ivory paper for everyday writing and note-taking.

For quick notes on the go, the elastic closure, ribbon bookmark and inner pocket help keep the notebook and loose papers organized between uses.

Worth noting

The 7 mm college-ruled lines give notes a consistent structure, whether you are recording meeting details, making a study outline or keeping a journal. The paper is acid-free, and its 100 gsm weight is intended to help prevent ink from showing through. The notebook opens flat to 180°, making it easier to write across the page or refer back to an open spread at a desk.

A hardcover gives this notebook a different feel from a flexible notepad, while the A5 format offers room for longer entries without taking up the space of a larger journal. The black cover has a simple, solid-colour look suited to work or personal use. Buyers appreciate the closure and back pocket, while opinions on paper feel and durability are mixed, those points are useful to keep in mind when choosing a notebook for daily carry.

Usage tips

Use the ribbon to mark a current project, important page or unfinished entry, and keep folded notes or loose sheets in the inner pocket. The elastic band holds the cover closed between writing sessions, so the notebook is easy to tuck into a bag with its pages together. For regular desk use, the 180° lay-flat opening helps keep the writing surface accessible as you work through a page.

Getting the most from it

Choose this ruled format when you want a clear guide for handwriting rather than open, unlined pages for sketches or free-form layouts. It works for capturing work notes, organizing plans, recording lessons or building a personal journalling habit. The 160 pages provide space for ongoing entries, while the bookmark helps you return to a section without searching through the notebook each time.

If your priority is carrying a few essentials and writing wherever the day takes you, the compact size, pocket and elastic closure support that routine. If you mainly write at a desk and prefer more space per page, a larger notebook may suit that particular need better. Here, the practical advantage is having a portable writing companion with useful details for keeping notes and small papers together.

Buying verdict

The Deziliao D0005 brings together ruled 100 gsm paper, a lay-flat hardcover design and everyday organization features in an A5 notebook. It is a useful fit for someone who wants one place for work notes, plans or journal entries, with a bookmark for finding a page and a pocket for keeping loose sheets close at hand.
