## Description

For a workshop, garage or workbench that needs several grounded outlets in one accessible spot, the DEWENWILS PS-678F-3 brings six outlets together in a metal power strip. Its 6 ft cord, low-profile flat plug and wall-mountable design make it easier to position power where your tools and equipment are used.

Two outlets are spaced farther apart to accommodate larger plugs, while the yellow casing is easy to spot among workshop tools. The strip also combines 900-joule surge protection with a 15A circuit breaker for a practical, organised power setup.

## Pros
Six grounded outlets give you room to connect multiple devices, and the wider spacing on two of them helps make space for bulkier adapters. The 14AWG/3C cord is 6 ft long, giving you flexibility when placing the strip on a bench or mounting it nearby. A flat plug can sit closer to the wall, which is useful behind furniture or in a narrow space.

The metal enclosure is suited to work areas such as garages, workshops and job sites. Four mounting holes on the back support installation on a wall or beneath a workbench, while the cord wrap helps keep the cable organised for storage. The product is UL Listed, and its indicator light shows the surge protector’s operating status.

## Quick overview
This is a 120V power strip rated for 15A and 1800W, with six Type B grounded outlets for devices with standard North American three-prong plugs. Surge protection is rated at 900 joules. The built-in circuit breaker includes a manual reset/off switch to help protect connected appliances against overloads and short circuits.

What matters more in your setup: simply adding outlets, or placing them where equipment is easy to reach? The flat plug and mounting options make this strip useful when outlet access and tidy placement are part of the job. Buyers describe it as sturdy and say it performs its intended function well, reflecting its appeal as a straightforward option for everyday work areas.

## Practical tips
Choose a mounting position that keeps the outlets accessible for the devices you plan to use, then use the back mounting holes to secure the strip to a wall or beneath a workbench. The cord wrap is handy when organising the cable during storage. Match connected equipment to the strip’s 120V, 15A and 1800W ratings, and use the Type B outlets with compatible grounded plugs. Keep the indicator visible so you can check the surge protector’s status at a glance.

## When it makes sense
A solid pick if you want a fixed, easy-to-reach outlet point for a workbench, garage or office, rather than a power strip designed mainly to sit loose on a desk. Six outlets, two wider-spaced positions and a mountable metal body suit spaces where several tools or appliances share one area. The flat plug helps with close-to-wall placement, while the 6 ft cord gives you room to position the strip where it is most useful. For a practical workshop power setup with surge protection and a built-in breaker, the PS-678F-3 brings useful capacity and flexible placement together.
